I saw a charge on my bank account that I didn't recognize (two actually, but one dropped off my account before it could clear). When the charge cleared, it listed it as being from NeoDigitPlanet in California, and listed 206-337-3905 as the phone number. Definitely not my charge, so I assume it must be an identity theft issue...

Same date, same company NeoDigitPlanet from Oakland, CA took $10 out of my checking account via debit card.  Also had one from Michael R Free Consulting from Whitmore Village, OH the day before for $11.  You think it's identity theft?  I reported the card as stolen and am disputing the charges although they are still pending and hope maybe they drop off before they clear as it seems people are on to the scam.  Did not receive phone call however.  What did your bank say?  Did they reimburse you?

I just found a charge to my account from neodigitplant, and another from publicstoragenorthlibertymn. I have no clue who oe what these are. So far they are just pending, So my bank can't do anything about it yet. And there is no number the bank can find for them yet. What do i do?

My bank (Bank of America) removed the charge from neodigitplanet that had cleared. Because it was such a small amount, there were no forms to fill out and they easily reimbursed me. I had also called the phone number on my statement for NeoDigitPlanet and checked their website, so was able to tell my bank that I had tried on my own first.

FYI - the phone number says to contact them through the website and there is no contact information on their website. The website was also established about a month ago, so the whole thing is obviously a scam.

Oh - I also had another charge from a few days before that dropped off my statement, that was from M 80 Records, that was another fraudulent charge.

There's nothing you can do until the charge clears. I canceled my debit card and asked my bank to issue me a new one. Once (or if) it clears you can dispute the charge on your account. Good luck!

Just found a charge on my bank account from these people.  Also one from Capital LLC Blue Hill FL.  Going to contact my bank tomorrow. Any idea where this came from?

I too had a entity on 5/3/10 for $10 on hold on my account but dropped by 5/5..however, another showed up for $7.33, cleared on 5/7, I immediately called my bank..definitely a scam/identify theft case..The Neodigitplanet..I called the number, sent several emails, returned receipted them but no response..Today,  i am cancelling and disputing the charge..Does anyone know how they did this?

i had 2 charges. one was from NeoDigitPlanet and another one from Green Hill Winery in California. The Green Hill Winery charge was dropped but the charge from NeoDigitPlanet cleared my bank. I called my bank immediately. This is a scam!! Watch your bank account!!

Well it just happened to me to 05/10/210 I am going to my bank tomorrow to contend the charge. SCAM! I called the phone number from the charge 206 337 3905 its a lady on the message witha heavy asian accent asking for you to email. Forget that Im going to my bank! Hope someone goes to jail...

everyone who has been affected by this "company" needs to go to ftc.gov and file a consumer report when they get enough about this "company" they will launch an investigation.  DO NOT JUST SIT BY AND LET THEM GET AWAY WITH IT. Also you need to file a police report with your local law enforcement.  Contact your bank and they should reverse the charges. I have already filed charges and filed a complaint with the federal trade commission.  YOU NEED TO DO THE SAME THING (the FTC report only takes like 3 minutes)

same thing happened to me here in denver 5/10/10 charge for neodigitplanet 10.37 called my bank am disputing the charge and cancelling my credit card ugh i hate when this happens

I had a charge on my account for Paul H. West Insurance for $12.00.  I called my bank and they said nothing could be done since it was still pending.  3 days later I got another charge from NEODIGITPLANET.COM with this number listed.  The $12.00 charge dropped off but this one cleared at $9.86.  Called the bank and cancelled the card.  Disputing the claim.

04-20 purchase and 04-20 post dates "NEODIGITPLANET 206-337-3905 CA" showed up on my Visa statement -- after grilling my girls about their purchases, and **thanks to 800notes and previous posters** I'm calling my card issuer now!  Also, will be going to ftc.gov. Not calling that # on statement -

I have went through the same problems you guys have posted above.  I had to fill out a police report and take it back to my bank.  I still haven't the faintest idea what neodigitplanet is...what a huge hassle to go thru for a $9.73 charge!

Same thing here in Fl happen to me. I just looked at my statement and seen NEODIGITPLANET took a  Debit for $9.68 on 5/9/10. Same phone number 206-337-3905. I use a Pre-Paid Visa Card. I wonder how these people are getting all of our account information? I will report them as suggested. Thanks for the heads up!

Same as posted above in Washington state. $8.71 charge to my credit card. Do not know who these people are.. I reported it.
