This is an "unsubscribe" to your fax number from a scam company fishing for credit card and bank account numbers. It is an anonymous company with no name or physical address. To get quick approval [to be scammed], the fax recipient is instructed to fax 516-213-3447. Thank you AT&T for selling my fax number and sending me this junk! Can I deduct the paper and toner costs from my next phone bill?

This scam has filled my fax machine with worthless paper.  The FCC and Congress should allow us to backcharge AT&T for the costly waste of paper, toner, and time.  With this new congress, maybe they will split AT&T up again.

I have received a fax from this company too.  On mine it says the ONLY way to unsubscribe to this fax is to fax a removal request to 206-337-6079.  No name, no physical or mailing address, no contact information.  HOWEVER, it does have another fax number if you want more information.  This one is 201-201-0599.  I'm sick of this waste of my paper and ink.

We received the same fax. I am so sick of these junk faxes. Not only do they waste toner and paper, they cause our fax machine - which is also a copier and printer - to jam. That was a big problem with our previous fax/copier/printer, which I believe led to the machine's demise. Our company's work backed up while we waited for the repairman to come in, and eventually had to buy a new machine. The repairman explained that the large lettering and bold print on the junk faxes cause toner to be poured onto the paper and then it gets into the machine.

We no longer use AT&T for our fax line. The senior accountant got fed up with them.

I received a FAX from an unknown number, giving this as the unsubscribe number.

Searching google for the npa-nxx (206-377) indicates businesses in Lakeland, Florida, not in Washington State, where 206 is located. This smells of scam, and they businesses are all payday loans and get-rich-quick schemes. There really needs to be something done about this. I did NOT unsubscribe because I felt it would be validating my FAX number to the scammers!

I note further that it makes mention of a number in area 708, which I think is Illinois, the natural home of my toll-free number. It says to contact a number in area 201, which is in New Jersey. H'm, Florida, Washington, Illinois, New Jersey - do these people have an identity crisis!?

206-337-6079 is from a group of criminals in US! They are insulting good American citizen in US everyday. Unfortinately, it seems our laws have no protection for good citizens, but allow criminals to do whatever they want. As good citizens, we need to think about what realy means democracy and feedom.
We need all to unite and fight with these criniminals and domestic terrorists!!!

I hear what you're saying but be careful how you say it. "our laws ... allow criminals to do whatever they want" isn't quite right. Criminals practise their art in defiance of the law, the law does not "allow" them to act criminally.

Junk fax with no company name listed trying to sell debt/bad credit help services. In Comic Sans for extra credibility. Return fax 201-537-0599. Removal fax 206-337-6079.

Just another scam over the fax.  We re-use the paper to print stuff that is just needed for a short time and then recycle it.  Don't fax back as it lets them know someone sees their stuff.

Can some tell us how to unsubscribe?

If you reply to unsubscribe, they know they have a working fax number and sell it.  I suggest calling the number to unsubscribe and instead of entering your fax number, enter their number!  They will sell it to other companies and then their fax paper and ink use will go up and their sales will go down.  And they will know exactly how it feels!  ; )

I got this too and I know how to fix it!. They are faxing in with caller ID blocking. Call your phone service provider and have them set up your phone to not except calls with no caller ID.
