Called my cell claiming to be ADT Rep asking about a past due on my parents alarm claiming she could not get a hold of them. Funny thing is they have had the same number 40 years. I think it's a scammer. Beware.

Just received a similar call, saying they took over the account from APEX, didn't ask for any information however.....??  Not sure what the scam is.

This is the billing/crediting on cancelled service with ADT.  I spoke with Helen to verify that I cancelled my service and did not wish to transfer it. She was much easier to deal with than ADT 800#.
