Somebody from this number called me at the office from this number.  They claimed to be from Henry Ford HAP Health care and wanted to conduct a 30 min phone survey.  They also wanted to know if they got the survey they had mailed me last week, as it contained a $2 bill in it.  How they got my office number (it's a private, unlisted line.  It's not even listed in the company directory) I don't know.  When they verified my home # they had a # I've never heard of before.  I told them I did not have time to perform any 1/2 hour survey now since I was in office.  They asked when would be a better time and I told them to call me on the weekend (and thanks to caller ID I will not be answering their call.

I checked with our Benefits Dept in the office, and HAP's main number as well and both stated that they had no knowledge of any mailed or phone survey being conducted by any branches of HAP at this time.  I'm thinking that this may be some sort of phishing scam to get credit card or bank account info.

I was just told that this number called our house today which is what led me here.  After reading the other comment I am fairly certain that this is for a research study offered to Henry Ford HAP members (along with other sites).  I will speak with my husband when they call back to confirm.  

The study is called the Multiplex Initiative and they did send a letter with instructions for a survey and a $2 bill.  It's a legitimate study--I joined last year and my husband was just invited a few weeks ago.  If you look it up they do have staff in the 206 area code.  It's a huge NIH sponsored study.
 
HAP and Henry Ford employees tend not to know about research studies, which would explain why they couldn't help.

Keeps calling my cell phone

WTF, this number called me at 10:35 pm.

I just received a call from this number, it was a doctor who had treated me for a knee injury at a Group Health Urgent Care (on 15th in Capitol Hill) two days prior. He was just calling to follow up on my condition. Maybe this is helpful, maybe not. He gave me a different number to call back, so I'm guessing it's the Medical Facility's general line, and can probably be an incoming number for a variety of purposes.

This number called me, yet did not leave a message.  I believe if it was from Group Health, they would have left a message.

I didn't call it back and I have no idea what this number is.   It can't be a credible place because any credible place would have left me a message.

I have received several calls on my cell from this number 206-357-0258. No one leaves a message. Finally, I tried calling the number twice and a recording fro the phone co says that the number is not in service. Odd, eh?

I didn't answer this number, but they left a voice mail. It is from Group Health/Research Dept. They are presumably do a follow up on those that have received care from their facilities, as they asked for the parent or guardian of my daughter, who has received care from them quite extensively in the last year.

It was Group Health and they did leave a message!  It was a follow up of a visit last week !

Calling to remind me of a doctor appointment.  Did leave message.  Group Health will only leave messages if you have given them permission to do so.  Otherwise, they will attempt to call you but not leave a message (because of HIPPA privacy).

I had a call from this number and they left a message.  It was my Group Health facility calling to inform me that the prescription I had requested had been called into my pharmacy.

Okay....I just got a call from this number and they asked (very quietly) if I gave massages....Seriously?  I'm in Kentucky and this is a Washington State number? He had to dial an out of state area code...just saying....

this phone no. called my cell phone, did not leave message.  I do not use Group Health so it cannot be a follow-up call for care.

Legit. This was Group Health calling to follow-up on a request for a preauthorization of a requested doctor.
