SCAM Alert!!!  have been getting calls from these people for weeks. he wont tell me his name or the name of his company one time he called and said he was attourney mike Wilson I aked for license number and what law college he got his degree and he then told me to suck his d---k and called me a bit--h and awh--e then hung up I called my stste reps office my next step will be to contact one of the word news stations like msnbc,2020, fox news they are using so many area code its hard to block them its time the people know whats going on all the people have a strong middle eastern accent. Now the same guy calls to tell me I have been approved for a loan and all he needs is my bank account to transfer the funds! They even call me at work.

have been getting calls from them 2-3 times each for at least the last 2 weeks...i do not answer and they do no leave a message...so annoying.

I have had this number call me 5 times in one day. I finally told them that if they continued I would press harassment charges with the law. He is definitely some dude from a different country. My fiancé answered once and threatened him because the guy on the other end would just say give me (and he stated my name) or I will have to press charges. He keeps calling and I will continue to threaten him until I get fed up and then I will definitely call the police. This guy told me that he was a debt collector.

Calling every hour, leaving no message. No need to answer after reading this. Thanks, folks. I have no outstanding debts, by the way.

I get 20 calls a day from this number starting at 6am.   If I yell at him he will start calling and just hangs up when I answer.  I even got cussed out once for telling him to stop.  It is driving me crazy!!

This guy is also calling me several times a day. Can't understand is language.  I even called him back and he asked if he could help me.  Told him to quit calling me 10 times a day.  He hung up.   Guess what??? Within the next hour he was calling me again!!   Help??

I tell them to stop calling me and they say we can not stop calling you Where the hell is the Obama Admin. ?  Why are they not going after these scam artist ? Short answer  because they do not care about us that is why. They ady that thet are some sort of payday loan scam and I do not have any. I want to punch these guys out !

This is a criminal extortion scam operating out of India. They are making the calls utilizing VOIP and the names of legitimate firms to make it appear the calls are originating from within the US. There is NO "company" or "debt" and you will NOT be arrested. They are harvesting and/or buying consumers' personal identifying information and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities.

I own a business and they keep calling asking for Brandi. I am the sole owner and employee. I have told them this. So to terrorize them back I kept telling them that I could not understand what they were saying (they have thick accents) and that I wanted to speak to a supervisor or manager. I kept asking them to repeat etc.. I asked them the name of the business. They told me Case Advance America Loans. I looked it up it does not exist. So I put their number on redial and it now won't accept my number. Just annoy the crap out of them back. :) I am very much about what is good for the goose is good for the gander. Maybe now they will stop calling my business.
