They never leave a message. They hang up when answered on 1,2 or 3 rings.

I got a call from them just now.  Caller ID: Service Message.  The customer service rep announced herself as "Jennifer Financial Services" as if it was her last name.  She said she worked with my credit card company.  She tried to indicate as "per my service agreement".  I asked her the company name.  She said Financial Services.  I asked her which credit card company of mine she was working for.  She replied "visa". I told her wrong answer and hung up.  I have no visa based credit cards.

I am getting one or two calls a day from this number.  Always silence on the other end of the phone when I pick up.  It is getting rather annoying.

I got a call from this number.  The guy said he is calling from "Jennifer Financial Services" in regards to American Express and Master Card which I don't have.  It is very annoying when you busy with other things.

Someone from this number called me claiming to be "Financial Services" representing Visa and Mastercard.  Someone from the same number/company name called a couple of weeks ago and told a male member of my household how much debt I had and that they were calling to help me reduce my debt--because of some government approved plan.  When "Arnold" called me this time, I said I did not appreciate them calling and giving anyone in my household my financial information.  He said the person must have claimed to be me, which I know for a fact is not the case.  I angrily said I did not think they should call and give anyone in my house my private information.  He said, "You're crazy!"  I said, "That's great customer service, calling your customers crazy!"  He said, "I'm not customer service, I'm representing Visa and Mastercard."  I told him to never call me again and he said, "I would never call again because I wouldn't want to have to deal with you!"  His tone turned very nasty.  I'm sure he was not representing Visa/Mastercard, although he did somehow know the total amount of debt I have.  He also patronizingly said, "Oh, did your husband not know how much debt you had?  Did you get in trouble?"  I just repeated that he was not to call again and hung up on him.

After several times asking exactly who the guy worked for, he finally revealed the actual companies name as Omega Debt.  Originally, he stated his name and that he worked for Financial Services.  Somehow, like others here, he knew about my accounts and amounts owed.  I immediately googled Omega Debt and found several complaints of people being ripped-off!  Beware!

The number came up as "Seattle, WA".

They called our home phone 12 times in one day. I am going to answer it next time and get nasty with them. They got a vebal ass-wuppin comin' the next time they call here! These calls have been coming every day for about a week now. You would think they would give up after about the 90th try. Think I'll threaten to eat their children. These people deserve nightmares.

Numerous calls - rarely anyone there.  When someone finally did materialize and started asking questions, I told him I wasn't interested because I didn't know who they were.  I was instantly disconnected.....but have receive 4-5 calls since then.  Is there any way to stop these calls?

    called @ 3/5/2010 @ 3:10pm.
Saw Caller ID "Financial Services" so I didn't bother to answer.
Just completed a sweet Re-Fi on my home so I had no need for
any of their type of 'Services..'
Sounds like I dodged a bullet..
The big problem here is the Phone Company, NOT listing them
by their company name is enabling them to hide and attack.. I'm
going to look into finding out who their phone service is through,
and get them to list these people HONESTLY instead of helping
them hide and bother people - behind a fake name.

First they called asking for me saying that I was referred to them because I requested information on debt consolidation... I did not. I told them never to call again and a few days later they started calling for my wife saying the same bs about being referred based on inquiry. I told them where to shove it and have since then been receiving about 6-8 phone calls a day from them with dead air.

I've been getting calls from this number for the past week. It shows up on my TV. I have a fax but no hand set, so it's easy for me to ignore it. I hope At&t isn't giving my # out.

On how do I get this to stop.

    Thanks,
    Chris

They more than likely have phone service through Comcast.

I too have been receiving calls, but luckily its my fax line, so I actually set up call forwarding to my place of work, so when they call, they actually get a machine.  Hopefully that discourages them.  I got one call today from them (and by now I would have had 5), and they haven't called back since being forwarded to a machine.  When I think the cost is clear, I'll relieve the call forwarding and hope they don't call again.  If that doesn't work, I'll threaten to report them to the police (even though they probably won't do anything).

Correction.  Not Comcast, but Telecom Pacific (no clue who they are).

I've gotten calls - eventually picked up to find out what they wanted - they're "not trying to sell me anything" nor are they a debit consolidator but do want to help me reduce my credit card interest rates, and asking if I have credit card debt. At first I just asked them to send me their info since I wasn't going to talk to anyone I didn't know about MY CC's. They did send me some little stupid thing. Then the phone calls started again. So, I thought I'd get as much info as possible about this company.

They're NOT trying to sell you anything but I got the supervisor (after the original caller couldn't answer my questions) to admit to me they do stand to make over $900 - by saying that it will come from the credit cards themselves after they get your interest rate from it's current rate down to 10% - but it's not going to cost YOU anything.... hmmmm but they couldn't really tell me who was actually going to pay them but insisted this was NOT a sales call what-so-ever... and the only requirement is that you have to be in good standing with your credit cards.

They "received" my information directly from my credit card companies but then they couldn't tell me which company reported that I was in "good standing" so they would have to call and find out directly from each company. I asked why, if they aren't debt consolidators, wouldn't my credit card company do this for me directly? Why would I need them to do this FOR me if they weren't going to make any money off it? Certainly they weren't doing this out of the goodness of their heart....

.... so at the end of all this "too-good-to-be-true" offer, I asked them to remove me from their calling list... I suggest you do the same!
