I have no idea if the above information about this number is correct, but if they call and hang up again, they are getting added to BLOCKED CALLER list.

Matthew was sorry I think that I answered this call...Stay on the line and talk with a representative about three thousand dollars worth of grocery coupons and we are offering a lifeline ID for you at a discount rate.  When I told him I had already placed his number on several websites that revealed scam programs, he was totally amazed that his company was there.  They are honest and offering a great service.  I hung up after telling him where to stick his service.

Thanks to the info JD supplied, I have filed a complaint with the Washington A.G's office as well as the FTC.
I sure hope it does some good because I have filed many other complaints with both the FCC and FTC on many telemarketers ant the low life scum just keep calling
