Apparently, this is a scam from India.  They keep texting me on my workphone, saying my "Washington Mutual Card has been locked".  Nevermind the fact that Washington Mutual doesn't exist anymore.  Another number they use is a Houston number, "713-955-0139", with the exact same text.  "323-2304571" is another bogus number they use.  I've read on other posts that they're an overseas phishing operation that tries to scare people.  Apparently, they have all your information, but if they actually went through the process to get your money, they'd be screwed.  They go by the name of "David Morgan and Associates", or something.  To learn more, type in the above listed 713 number.  There are a lot of informative posts there.
