Got a voicemail from Jason, stating that if I, or my attorney, did not call his division all he could do was wish me "luck and God bless." No other information given.

this is yet  another scam.  i received the same exact messages as LJ.

call comes in as (642) 064-71... that area code is from Mexico... but left me the number 206-420-6471 to call back, same name, Jason....  tries to be threatening... same message as the one shown from LJ.

Got the EXACT same message, same name, and same number.  Also stated that all he could do was wish me "good luck."  Do not talk to these people. It is a scam!

Called them back, was told they needed my lawyer's info to start a suit in my state, I said I needed more info from them first, got rude and said the courts would give me all I needed.  Can't understand half of what they say.  Scam.

I recieved the same message saying that are calling in regards to a cash advance.I never recieved a cash advance.if the call againg i will report them to the better business burea.

You know, I'm really over the fact that these people can operate without fear of any recourse. These damn people are calling all the time, offer no information, threaten you, and then still won't remove your number when you tell them this is a load of crap. Reporting them just doesn't seem to matter because they just use a new number. It stinks that I'm going to have to change the cell phone number I have had for 6 yrs because these scams have gotten my info from somewhere. It should be illegal to share or sell consumer information. Period.

I got a call from this #, 206-420-6471 saying he was with an attorney office, then saying I owe $ for borrowing on line. Now they say I owe over $5000. and the Sheriff will be out to arrest me in the morning. he had my social security #, my address, my daughters name. Where do they get this info from? I had been upset over this all day.

I am receiving this call and "Jason" is looking for someone other than me.  Somehow they have my number instead of the person they want and I can't seem to get these people to leave me alone.  It's been going on for over two years now and I am sick of it. I told "Jason" if he really wants to talk to me to come to my house with his "attorney of record", knock on my door and ask for the person they are seeking on the phone and see if he can make it back to his car.

This call is a scam. When you call the number they disguise the phone calls by using ring tones so you can't t tell they are overseas. The guy who called me. His name was Charles. He was calling from Rothstein & Associates.

I have been receiving these calls on and off for at least 2 years. Haven't had one in a while. I just ask them what this is in regards to, they say it is for an unpaid payday loan. So I just tell them that I filed bankruptcy on all my debtors and that they were sent notification by certified mail with my attorney's contact information and the court case number. If they have any other questions they should go to the court house. They say good luck and god bless and the calls stopped for almost a full year.

I have recieved the same call as everyone else. When they ask for you just say wrong number or do what I have done in the past. Call them and harrass them like they do you and you will see the calls will stop. They think they can call and make threats. Well I did the same asked for the Jason and went on a rant about the operation of their shady business. Needless to say they don't like you to call them period. Scam! Scam! Scam!

It stops te calls for a couple of months and then they start calling from another number. This one said his name was Jason also. Total scam! Two years ago they even called my place of employment, very irritating!

I just got a call right now. He said his name was Jason but didn't say who he was looking for and that my attorney or I should call back if not unwashed in serious trouble. He told me God bless at the end of the message. Who are they and what should I do? Has anyone ever not paid them? I'm confused and worried.

just got the same call and did not answer.  these are total scams as i talked to an attorney and said not to pay them.  legitimate companies know the law and have to send you proof of any debts they say you owe.  also debtors' prison went away years ago.  also contacted our local sheriff's office and they said they do not come out on these calls.  anyway these are from overseas.

Whatever... same caller, "Jason" telling me to have myself or my attorney call him back or he wishes me well and God Bless.  Same [***] different number.  They can't do a damn thing regardless if you owe them money or not.  Don't buy into their BS.

If you have an attorney have him or her call the number. They seem to slow up once they find out you have council to help you deal with their illigal scams.

I got this same call for this number he got mad because i ask him a question and he told me i will heard about it court!!!
