Hysterical Indian-accent guy with call center noises in background. Asks for me by name. Says he is from Windows and my computer has been hacked and is being used without my knowledge by HACKERS. Wants me to turn it on...Yesterday same guy said computer was sending out error code messages. Wanted me to turn computer on and press Windows>R on keyboard... Didn't do it either time.

It says Seattle Wa. on caller ID
I refuse to answer . They also have been calling under different phone numbers
I am also on a no calling list..

Received call wanting to "fix" my Windows computer. Said he was from the technical department of Microsoft. I hung up immediately.

got the same call today and at least 2 times a month. this time i wasn't very nice. called him a f-ing [***] and told him if he persits on calling me i will be in seattle looking for him. waiting to see what happens.

I got a call yesterday morning...the creep threatened to shut down my pc, I was furious because we are getting these calls several times a week. I went off on him, well after that we got two more calls one I hung up on and another was a woman (Indian also) and I went off on her. I guess I have really TICKED them off because they have already called this morning at 8:35  am, I can see this is going to be a great day, NOT. Do they really think that if they call enough they will wear me down and I will let them into my pc, MORONS. There should be a way to stop this. Being on the DNC list has absolutely no effect on   them.

answered phone said his name was James and he was calling about windows and my computer OK he says. I hung up.

Received the same calls- I jus kept answering "yes" to everything-when they ask "what do you see beside the CTRL" key, keep saying "other keys".  They get frustrated and hang up.  Lots of fun to F*^% with them.

I continue to get same calls.  This time I made ghostly moans into the phone for a few minutes. Dumb (Indian/Pakistani) woman actually listened, constantly saying "hello" and then made ghostly moans back at me. I then laid phone down and don't know when she finally hung up.

(206) 424-8912 is a computer hacking company. They will claim your computer is sending out error messages. DO NOT HIT "CONTROL R" or they will take control of your computer and extort large sums of your money to fix what they damaged.

I just received a call from 206-424-8912 a few minutes ago. The guy said he was calling from Windows and that my computer was sending error messages. I hung up before he could say anything else. I have received these kind of calls before and I asked a tech about them and he told me just to hang up. Because Microsoft or Windows (Microsoft) will never call you on anything like that.

Asked for me by name, said she was calling about my computer. I said I don't have a computer and she hung up.

The guy just called here and was very obscene. We hung up and he called right back.....very nasty and rude.

Got the same call with the guy saying he was calling about my computer.  I told him he's called here
before and please don't call back and hung up.  Caller ID said "Washington Call".

Indian guy called for the 3rd time.  I told him I wasn't interested in anything he had to say.  He yelled, "I WANT TO TALK TO YOU'!  He got frustrated and hung up on me:)

Keeps calling and leaving a silent message of 2-3 seconds.  I'm sure it's legit, even though I don't even use a Windows computer at home.

Thank you all SO much for posting about this.  I had ignored the number when it rang in - don't need the hassle.  Appreciate your posting about your experiences w/ this very rude group of heathens!  It is bad enough they are disturbing but then to be so rude - don't need it!
