The phone rang I answered and the person who called pretended that they couldn't hear me. I called the number back and a recording said good bye.

When I say hello twice they say goodbye and hang up
This Happens up to 10 times a day
Caller I D does not show a name

Same thing. I called the number back, only to get a recording that says, "Goodbye."

I don't answer "unknown”, I ignore the call.

I got a call from this number. I didn't answer it because I don't answer calls from numbers that I don't know. They didn't leave a message so I assume it was a scam or crank call. I will be blocking this number.

I decided to answer this unknown call - they stated their name and asked for me.  Said I had completed a survey online regarding a pain I had - I told them I have no pain at all.  Then they asked if I had diabetes.  I told them plainly to take me off their list.  We'll see what happens

Same thing with me then they were asking if I had medicare or medicaid and about getting a brace for pain. I was just in the ER last week with Kidney Stones so I was wandering if some how with the previous comments if anyone else was in the hospital and they are trying to scam medicare or medicaid! Of course I do not have, and end up hanging up!

I did not submit a survey though. It was strange!

Said I completed a survey about having pain and I told them no and to stop contacting me. They call me 3 times a day from a different number. I am getting very irritated about this. I am also on the "do not call list." I have blocked every single phone number that has called me.

Received a call from this number and they did not leave a message-called it back and they said my name.

I also received a call from this number. The location of the call was Seattle. This made me suspicious since I had just taken a flight to Seattle two days ago. I was wondering if someone was scamming me. I hear that there are people that have scanners that can read your credit card information right through your wallet.  Very unnerving.

They called and knew my whole name.  Said I had submitted a form online stating that I had some kind of pain.  I hung up.

I received a call from this phone number at my direct line at work. They had my first name and stated that I had requested information about pain management (I had not). When I asked how they got my number, they hung up. I called back and was told that they didn't have any record of anyone there calling me and they had no way to look up my direct line because the main phone number appears when calls are made. I missed 2 calls from this phone number already earlier in the day.

I ignored it.

I have received several calls from this and other numbers. I yell at them that I am on both the state and federal do not call lists, but the jerks just keep on calling. I'm going to turn this over to my attorney and file a law suit. Most ofthe jerks that call sound like they are from the middle east, India or Pakistan.

According to others commenting here, when they did answer the call, the caller asked about pain or diabetes, stating they'd received a survey informing them of those.
If you applied online to receive free samples in the mail, or someone in your household who might also use your phone number did, that is what probably triggered this call.
I'm not saying they're verifying in order to ship you some free stuff to try, because I did not answer the call either, so I have no firsthand knowledge of that. But that could be the reason for the call. It may also be a cold call hoping to SELL you stuff.

The company has been getting me my diabetic supplies sent out to my home. They don't leave messages because it's a personal matter. I recommend this company. My husband also got a tens unit and back brace through them. They bill our insurance for health supplies.

According to Bizapedia this company is located in Florida.  So why would they be calling with a Washington phone number?  Also the have no BBB page after 22 years.  I wonder why that is?
