Called at 2:20PM 11/15/2012. No one on the other end.

Just got a call but didnt answer because I didnt recognize the number. They did not leave a voicemail.

just got a call, answered - silence&hang up on the other end

GE Capital latest spoof number to see if you are alive.  Then will bombard you with there real number calls.  Last time it was Ohio and after a brief silence says...Your message has been recorded, Thank You...and hangs up.

Got call from this # on 11/15/12 at 5:17 p.m. Central time... answered but nothing on other end, I waited until it went back to dial tone then called # back, got a recording letting me know I could "opt out of their telemarketing"...

Come on guys ... this is obviously another illegal robo call from a scammer.  No one in their right mind would press ANY key in response to their instructions to eliminate future calls !  Do you really think someone operating a business illegally is going to be nice and stop calling if you "Press 3"?  Hang up on the SOB's and report them to the Feds (although that really doesn't do any good since I've reported over 100 similar calls in the last year and have never heard a peep back from the Feds).
