SCAM Claimed to be IRS threatening a law suit.

Just got this call too! Has to be a scam.

This is totally a scam! I reported them to the Treasury Department. Contact TIGTA (Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration) if you get one of these calls. The IRS does not call you as a first contact, and they do not threaten you with lawsuits, DMV action, police, or try to force you to use prepaid money cards to "fix" the issue you may have. Hang up and report them!

Scam, claimed to be an IRS Lawsuit.  Class action lawsuit against these guys.

Trying to get me to pay 1000 or go to jail in the next 24 hours haha.  I told him I'll see him in court

Called ...I don't pick up the phone. They left vm saying... Lawsuits against me....who r thy....

3 times today they,have called

Was called 3 times today and was threatened with court. Would not answer when called back.

I just was called  too, total scam. wish I had a blow horn I could use on them!!!

How to file a do not call so these [***] are subject to a hefty fine per call. At the very least would love to simply tell them that they are reported to The Feds.

The recording said that the IRS was going to sue me and I needed to call right away. When I called, thinking it was a hoax, they asked me for my information and I refused to give it but instead told them to tell me what was in their computer. He couldn't and I hung up!

Just got a call. Say I have a lawsuit from the IRS against me and I have to call back. Total scam!
