- Taylor replies to charlie flowersYou, unfortunately, are one of the reasons people like me keep getting these phone calls from scam artists. How dumb do you have to be to make any kind of transaction over the telephone from someone you don't even know.
- LOn Monday, I received 8 calls from this number. On Tuesday, I received 10 calls. I finally answered on the 10th call. I told the man on the phone (from India) that I never applied for a loan, I wasn't interested, and if the calls didn't stop I would be contacting the Attorney General's office to report them for harassment. The man responded with, "F*&k you, b&^#h!" Nice...

- Steve Buchanan| 1 replyI get about six calls from these people each day. They say my wife qualifies for a government grant, and asks for us to call this phone number: 1-360-200-0896 for details, and explain (before letting me go) that the grant is taxable in Idaho, and I may need to pay that tax, which is between $200 and $400 dollars. I traced the 360 number to accompany called Level 3 Communications LLC, in Longview, WA. The 206 number traces back to a un-named telemarketer. I'm filing a complaint with the FBI right now.
- Caller: Not sure
- Corrections OfficerI received a phone call from 206-462-5294. He started talking about my receiving a government grant. I asked him if he wanted to be locked up with all the rest of the criminals we have here and he hung up.
- Danny Lynch| 4 repliesThis number has called me repeatedly and today when I spoke with them they told me that I am one of 20 chosen out of the state of VA to receive my "FREE GOVT GRANT"...from the IRS in the amt of 6500$...because I have always pd my taxes and such on time the govt is wanting to reward me...lol..all I have to do is pay the processing fee of 245$ which is to be put onto a green dot card which I am to take to the Western Union or Walmart Payment facility of my choosing. The man claiming to be a Mr. Jordan (the head man in charge) gave me another number to call tomorrow at 2pm EST is 360-200-0896 and the extension is AL 201 to speak to me with further instructions on how to get my "FREE CASH"...I've checked the site here and see that this number has other scamming activities dating back to Oct of 2013. Please I am just putting this on here to be sure that noone else falls for this....I know that I work hard each day for my money and would hate to see anyone lose 245$ or ANY money. How do these ppl keep getting away with running this type of riff raff mess!??!? The REAL IRS needs to track these ppl down and put them locked away. In my opinion this is one of the worst types of criminals....feeding off the hopes of others by posing as a company calling on the IRS's behalf...
- Caller: only stated they were hired to call on behalf of the IRS
- Call type: Telemarketer
- Que replies to Danny Lynch| 1 replyThe same thing happened to me with the green dot card. At first they told me what you said about loading the card so they will be able to ser that I can afford it or some mess couldn't really understand the with the accent. Then when I called then back to ser weekday they needed me to load money on a card they it was for a charity and since it was from a third party they needed a mandatory donation of $200. How do they get away with this stuff?
- Slim replies to QueThey can get away with it as long as there are "believers" out there, that think sending money via untraceable means is A Good Thing.
Things to believe:
• There ain't no such thing as a free lunch.
• If it looks too good to be true, it probably is.
• You have not won big bucks from a benign benefactor, a pot of pesos from PCH, dinero from a doctor, or a grant from a gracious government
• The tooth fairy really does not exist
• Everything you read on the internet is not necessarily true.
• It is illegal to pay money for a loan or prize, BEFORE getting the loan or prize!
• "Free Trips" are loaded with mandatory & costly extras, and you usually must give them your card number after listening to a loooong spiel at a hotel.
• Microsoft or one of their agents did NOT cold call you to fix your computer.
• The moon is not made of green cheese.
• The IRS will snailmail you, rather than phone you, if there is a problem.
• Jackalope milk is not an aphrodisiac.
• If you "green dot" or Western Union money to a scammer, the money is gone.
• You should beware of Greeks bearing gifts, specially if the gift is a wooden horse.

I keep telling them that there is no Kim at this number and they hang up... And then call a few days later. It does sound like the same guy with an Indian accent...
- donna b replies to Danny LynchMine was the exact same only I was to pay a "security deposit of $100 to $200" in order to receive my free grant! Please tell me why I would PAY to receive a FREE grant especially when I've been so good at paying my taxes?!?!?!?!! Speechless to say the least.
- Sandi GThis number calls 8-10 times a day. Today it has only been twice. They called and I told the gentlmen, from India, that I wasn't interested and to take me off his call list. The 2nd time, another man from India asked me why I was so rude to his staff member and proceded to tell me about a free government grant. When he asked for my account number, I told him I would not give it. He's called twice since I hung up.
- EricaMy 7 year old son keeps getting phone calls from 2064625294. I have called back everyday to tell them to remove his number from their call list. An immigrant replies in broken English that they will when I hang up. Of course, they continue to call. I have called and asked to speak to a manager, but the woman never puts a manager on the phone.
- Bruno replies to Steve BuchananBeen receiving calls from same number claiming to represent the US Government and that grant monies are available. This is a total scam. Hang up and report it to your local FBI office.
- LkstubbI keep getting calls from this number (206) 462-5294 WA, USA. They call five and six times a day. I called them back and told them to take me off their call list and they called back within an hour! I am beyond annoyed!!

- MicheleI too have received numerous calls form 206-462-5294. YOU CAN DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS. The Federal Communication Commission (FCC) can help you. http://www.fcc.gov/guides/unwanted-telephone-marketing-calls
I also asked numerous times to be removed from their call list. Of course they never did. They are extremely rude. The last episode resulted in them hanging up on me several times after I requested to speak to a supervisor. There are several things you can do to stop these idiots. I went to the FCC website and there is a wealth of information regarding your rights under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. http://www.fcc.gov/guides/unwanted-telephone-marketing-calls One of which is they are required to provide an address to you when asked. Of course these [***] won't give it to you. You can also (very easily) add yourself to the "National do not call list". This used to be for home lines only but, now you can add cell numbers as well. You just need to call 888.382.1222 (also on the FCC website) or go to the website and do it online. After that you will need to wait 31 days to report them. Also telemarketers are not allowed to have pre-recorded messages or a delay longer than 2 seconds for a live person to answer. You can report these immediately by calling the same number 888.382.1222. I called and reported them. Lastly, I called my cell carrier to see if I could block the calls. I lucked out as Verizon is now offering free blocking for unwanted incoming calls (5 numbers for free). This will block incoming calls from that number to all of the lines on you account.
Fight back. This is unacceptable.- Caller: US Grants 206-462-5294

- Bronston Ky girl replies to Danny LynchThank you for posting. I am getting several calls a day from them. I answered first call , hung up on them, and am now ignoring calls. They just keep calling my cell phone. Since they did't leave a voice message with identifying information, I decided it must be a scam.
