Beware of ANY calls from "KBK INFOTECH" - they are scammers!  The man (who had an Eastern  Indian accent) who called me to advise that his company had received error messages from my computer and that they were certified technical specialists to rid my computer of this spyware and viruses and that if I would please be in front of my computer and he would guide me step by step as to how to get rid of the problems.  He is very willing to give his phone number, his name - "Mr. Alan" and when I asked if this was a scam, he did not say 'no', he attempted to draw me into his con by saying, "I gave you my phone number to call back, didn't I?" He tried several times to convince me to go to my computer...   DO NOT BE SCAMMED - NO LEGITIMATE COMPANY WILL EVER CALL YOU ABOUT THEM RECEIVING ANY NOTIFICATION!  Get rid of these guys!!!

    Don't fall for this
Same thing happened to me but they said they were with  Windows Technical Support.  Don't let them scam you!

They will tell you that your computer has all kinds of unspecified problems based on legitimate messages in your Event Log.  They gave this number to "verify" their information but it's a scam.

    Report them to the authorities.

Got a call from this number on March 6, 2014.  Far Eastern sounding voice saying I had a problem with Windows and, indeed, I was.  Said he worked for KDK Infotech and could help me.  Wanted to take control of my computer remotely, wanted me to enter bank card number, etc.  Watch out!  Scam.

Foreign voice with a lot of background noise of other voices talking. "You have a windows problem. Your computer is getting things downloaded on it and needed to be blocked. Make sure you turn on your computer and tell me when you are in front of it and I will tell you what to do so we can help you." Needless to say we did the opposite and turned off the computer and gave him no information. This is a scam!

Scam...but I just had some fun with them.  I spent several minutes asking them to come to my house and clean my dirty windows.  They kept trying to convince me they don't work with those types of windows.

Same scam as others are reporting: guy calls claiming to be from "Windows Support" team.  Lots of noise in background; phone connection is murky and indistinct; speaker is speaking English, but with thick accent; choice of words is vague and unprofessional.  I got him to leave a number; he said it was 206 - 462 - 5449...but that might just be any country.

Tell me quick, do you see flying pigs also? How about Pink Elephants?  Leprechauns sittings on pots o`gold at the end of the rainbow?

I'll take that as a yes to both! My advice, stay out of the whiskey barrel, whatever your smokin, leave it be, stop kissing the blarney stone and find a legitimate job.

Well I can tell from your post that you have absolutely no intelligence at all since I proved that they are in INDIA and not Seattle, Washington.  I guess your translation program would not digest all that so let me make it simple:

You are CRIMINALS!  You STEAL from people!  This make your worth considerably less then what comes out the back end of you sacred cows.

Anybody who does any kind of business with these scumbags will most assuredly be back on this site complaining how they got taken for every cent they have in the bank.

I got a few calls, ID-ing "Unknown Caller".  I hung up on them until I finally decided to see who it was.  Said he was from Microsoft Windows, with heavy Indian accent, as posted here by others.  He said they detected someone hacking into my computer.  I asked from where & he said, "New York.  He told me to hit the "Windows" key & "R" key on my keyboard & asked me if it pulled up a window.  I figured it was safe, & it did pull up a window, into which I could type a command.  He dictated a code I should use, but I refrained from hitting "Enter" afterward.  I asked if he had a # for Microsoft I could call to verify.  He said, "yes"; it was 206 462-5449.  He said to ask for "Aaron Kemp" (a real Indian name if ever I heard one), & the call would go to him.  Then, I got off the phone & looked up the # on Google, & it listed this website as the first one.  Needless to say, now I KNOW it's a scam - the dirty crook!  Didn't get me, though.

    Got a victim
Yea, big ole scam...  They got $1283 from my brother.
Multiple charges...  They get a hold of individuals who are not familar with the concept of scams and if it take talking to 50 people to get one person to fall victim they will keep trying.   Just got off the phone with Wells Fargo, doesn't seem like they will be able to get any of this back because my brother (Asbergers) gave his debit card and checking account number.  In two month, 4 phone calls - 4 charges over $1200 bucks...

Here are all these other numbers they use:
