I need this number blocked from calling me. It's an automated voice.

Automated voice saying that federal tax fraud charges are pending against me and I must call this number to ensure a chance to appear before the magistrate. Says to call before I am arrested. SCAM!!!

I told him to send me it in writing! He sai d he would. Horrible. I should have just cussed his A double S out.

Automated voice message about fraud against "your name". Never specified who it specifically was for just that they would be happy to hear from me before I was arrested.

I got the same call today and they wouldn't tell me who it was for so I hung up

Automated recording about a warrant for my arrest. When calling back man spoke broken english and repeated my name at least 10 times before I finally asked the company name - he wouldn't telll me so I hung up!  If there was a warrant for me...UMMMM..ever heard of a certified letter via postal service?????

I got a call from this number from someone that sounded east Indian.  They said they were from the US Treasury and asked my name.  I said if you called me you should know my name.  He said he had to verify who he was talking to.  I said i am not comfortable giving out that information.  If you called, you should know who you are talking to and then they hung up.

I got the same call and he said his name was "Chris Tod" from the US Treasurey"

These people are not from the U.S. Treasury.  It is a scam.  I'm calling the local police who can direct me to the FBI.

Same as above, call before you get arrested, told him I would have the FBI call him

This is a scam about the IRS - they claim you have tax fraud - its poorly worded - meaning its foreign. Block and report!

just now got the same call with an automated voice recording about tax fraud and being arrested. Scam...

I got this same call today, talking about call them back today at (206) 487-3000, i will love to here them call me back. I got something for them just a scam.

Stop calling me then not picking up

Block the number and ignore. 800notes cannot stop these calls. Don't bother with the DNC either, doesn't work on scam calls and can result in more scam calls as well!

A complete scam from beginning to end. The auto-call system they use is annoying -- after the first call, which we tried to answer but got no connection, we received four more calls in 60 minutes from the same 206 487-3000 number. The voice mail purports to be a U.S. Treasury official threatening legal action. What scum.

I'm on a cruise ship getting ready to leave. She told me she was going to call the IRS and have them cancel the charges. She told me to call her back in half an hour, Karen Hernandez. I googled the number and found this site. Glad I checked!
