Pretends to be the IRS and claims you owe money from previous years on taxes. The years they listed I was in school and not working and did not file my own taxes. They ask for your social do not give it!

Just received a call from this number and they tried asking me my social security number. This is fraud.

Same thing - says they're the "official IRS call center" and that I am being sued for back taxes.

They say their IRS calling I just hung up

I am glad this forum is here to help us, I just hope others don't get caught up with this scam...at first scared the crap out of me.

Yea as soon as they asked me the social security info I was like let me check you up and they hung up on me! Lol

Pfft call came from Seattle 530 AM their time....These people are clearly overseas.  Last week call came from a DC #.  I heard the call back charge is insane, and they just try to keep you on the phone by saying if you hang up the cops are coming.  This ones been going on for years.

I got the same message today 2/29/2016.  I filed a complaints with the FTC

They must have just made a flood of calls, just did the same to me

Wife just got a call from these scumbags. IRS owe money? What? She was told that she would be arrested and they will be on their way shortly? Yeah OK BRING IT ON!

Same caller three times, left voice mails, didn't call them back!

They have called me almost every day for the last seven days. This number and a number from DC left the same messages. It is pathetic and shameful what people will try and get away with.

i knew it was a fake when i called and someone picked up ritht away

i got 2 calls from 206 488 3110 thanks to yous im not so worried now i have 2 trying to take all me money the scammers in seattle wa and the gov. in dc wow!!!!!
