Left Message saying I need to call him back for a time sensitive issue. It was a scam trying to get money disreguard don't call back.

I have received callings from 8 different numbers claiming that I owe on a payday loan and if I dont pay I will be arrested and lose my job. Just like you all have said, calling my home isnt as bad as when they call your job - thank goodness I have a great office staff who just says contact him at home.  Here are the numbers and names to warn you all:

Threatened to take me to court, called me a "liar" and hung up on me!

I got the same call threatened to take me to court and to pay at waltmart or walgreen by a money pak voucher.I ask for the firm name and acc they didint want to reply to my questions that i ask.Then hung up the phone.He was yelling and telling me off.I said if i owe send me proof ill pay .

This fool called and Identified himself as an officer and was threatening to have me arrested. I told him that I had his name and was going to call the Washington state police to verify that he was an officer and if he wasn't I would file a complaint and have him arrested for false portrayal of a police officer.

They've been harassing me for months. They won't stop calling and leave me alone. They call my job and my cell phone.

Called at work.  Would not give company name.  Claimed that I owed a debt and to send $395 via Western Union.  When I asked what company do I owe, the caller did not provide information.

Constantly call me at work claiming I owe a debt. Caller identifies himself as "Officer Mike Walker" and says they will arrest me & put me in detention for 90 days. I have repeatedly told "the officer" that the FBI is involved and this is a scam. Just starts speaking gibberish-very strong Indian accent. They are relentless!

I just received a similar call - Claimed to be John Peterson from the Federal Crimes Unit and that I would be arrested for money laundering, check fraud and theft. He also said they would be calling my manager at work. He said I could settle out of court or be arrested and go to court. I told him I would go to court since I did nothing wrong. He then said it was a very serious lawsuit. I asked him for the company named in the lawsuit and he hung up. I waited a couple of minutes - called him back and told him I was calling the police and bringing the message he left on my phone to the police department so he better be careful or he would be arrested. He said "f*** you" and hung up. Now that is not a very professional response from the Federal Crimes Unit is it? Needless to say I am going to the police with it today. Looks like this has been going on for months according to the posts I found online. It is scary to me that this man has all of my information including my social security number.

They call my job and cell everyday they some how have all my info including my ss #! The man who calls claims to be officer mike Wallace or something like that and Trust me, I can tell from his accent he is no mike Wallace nor is he an officer from any pd in the USA! Now if he had said Muhammad or something like that It may have been a little more believe able!

They won't stop calling saying I owe them $ yet they won't give the name of company they work for and when I ask them to quit calling they threaten to have me arrested and they say my address or at my place of employment. Once you figure them out and call him out on being a scammer he starts to cuss u out. He once called me a 5 cent [***] and all kinda of stupid childish things! I'm getting really sick of this guy calling me and apparently several other people and getting away with it!

I wish there was a way we could get this camel riding [***] but from what I've heard since he's overseas more than likely, not much we can do!

I got an Indian Guy who offered the same threats,did a reverse phone Number and got Ymax communications call the number and  NEVER got a live person just a machine. Was told to got to Magic Jack.com to talk to a person!!

This guy is a SCAM artist. He is not a police officer, as they do not collect debts in private civil....). He is just some idiot trying to scare you out of your money, DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION OR MONEY! KNOW YOUR RIGHTS! This "officer" said I owed a loan with company that I had already paid in full some time ago. Told them to speak with my lawyer and to send the documentation about this "lawsuit" for this "debt", then he started yelling and wanting to speak to my manager (because somehow my manager is going to make me pay you. Right.). Threatened to get me fired - actually came right out and said that he's threatening me. Reported his sorry ass to the Attorney Generals in WA, IL and FTC. Don't be afraid of these mofos.

Caller is using spoofing service from India.

Got the same call on my cell and office .  They left the exact same message on both lines,  The only problem is one of my staff got the msg at the office.  This is a scam.  Sometimes it is hard to ignore.  But don't worry about it .  It is not the first time this has happened to me.....Very heavy accent.
