Recieved call from company listed as Pacifictel regarding lowering interest rate on credit cards.  When I spoke to a representative to ask to be removed from call list, he hung up on me.  When I called back to register a complaint, all I received was a automated option to remove my number from their list.

Caller I.D. listed it as Pacifictel. Left msg regarding lowering interest rate on credit cards.

I am on Do not call list, second call from cc telemarketer in 1/2 hour. 1 from this Seattle# and 1 from Clearwater FL What a nuisance! Obviously list doesn't ward off harassing calls.

I called back this number when no vm was left. Got a message instructing me to press 1 for do-not-call  list.

Got a call from this number.  Message left was only half of what was said.  I did call back and pressed 1 for their do-not-call list.

Received call a few minutes ago.....did not answer, called back and was sent to "do not call" thing, I don't think this "do not call" works, I've put myself on it time and time again and I think it's B.S......I wonder if they're selling our numbers we put in because I seem to receive more and more every year and I've been on it for a while. I'm going to get rid of my land line this coming year and your cell phone can be fixed to not receive any calls from certain area codes so I'll try that. Phone company can't or won't do a darn thing about these calls so out goes my land line, can't stop it, don't want it.

This number was on my missed call list on my phone. When I saw the area code was from the Seattle area I did not return the call for I have been getting a lot of questionable calls from that area.

I received a call from this (1-206-496-0404) number this afternoon at about 2:35 PM. Not recognizing the number or caller (PACIFICTEL) needless to say, I didn't answer...

I'm a retired cop with 32 years experience, as such I give this advice freely:

Any cold call like this should be taken as a tip off to a rip off. Never give any personal and/or requested information to these kind of callers - no matter how hard they might press you for it...

If you don't already have Caller ID on your landline phone, get it ASAP! At least it'll let you know who's calling...

Call came in on line which is on the DNC list; I answered and heard background conversation but no one acknowledge my voice. I hung up on the caller.

I've rec'd multiple calls from this number and it's very irritating.  I tried putting my number on their DNC list, but that's a waste of time.  My number is on nat'l DNC list, but that doesn't seem to help either.

I cannot get my phone number removed from this telemarketer after repeated attempts.

Got a call, message said they had important info about my credit card account.  When a human got on the line, I said I didn't appreciate their tactic and asked to speak to a supervisor.  The human hung up on me.  I called the number back several times and dead air, not as much as a ring.

I received an automated call from 206-496-0404 (PACIFICTEL) this PM, wanting me to reduce my credit card rate.  What a bunch of nonsense.  I rarely use a credit card and when I do I pay it off when the bill shows up. Besides, if I wanted to carry a balance my Chase Visa offers a very low rate already. And on top of it all; I don’t even like Seattle, not to mention the fact that I too am on the national DNC list that Mr. OBUMMER fails to enforce.

"Hi, this is Rachel from card services.  There is nothing wrong with your account.......lower my interest rate........" robocall.

Rec'd call (2nd today) from this phone number, caller ID shows "Pacifictel". Caller gave spiel about lowering credit score, when I asked for company name and phone number so that I could run it through my credit card company he immediately hung up. Phishing scam.

Received call about 10 min ago. Turned off answering machine and did not answer phone.  Caller ID said Pacifictel 206-496-0414. So fed up with the Do Not Call list doing nothing about these scammers. As of now I just don't acknowledge the calls.

This 206-496-0414 called and left no message. That alone tells me they are worthless telemarketers. Then they try and fool you by putting : "PACIFICTEL" to show on the callerid.  Call your phone company, Dial a
0 - (zero) and file a compliant. Then file a compliant on www.donotcall.gov.  If enough people do this them maybe they can be shut down.

This is not a telemarketer. It's a SCAM trying to get your credit card number. There is no such thing as "CARD SERVICES". Any numbers showing up on your caller ID are either spoofed or stolen.

i receive several calls daily, they are all for one of my children, no matter what i say they do not stop, i am on the national no call list but that does not seem to matter, the child in question is an adult who has not lived in the household for several years. i am very tired of these people and want this to stop

A recording that said it was "Racel fro Card Services" but I didn't listen to the rest and blocked the number.
