Robo-call stating something like "This is your last courtesy call before we close your account for lowering your credit card bills. We have attempted to contact you numerous times. You can lower your bills by consolidating if you owe $3,000 or more. Press 1 to speak to a friendly representative."

Pressed 1, waited on hold, someone picked it up and then hung up without saying anything. Could hear call-center like background noise. No opportunity to ask them to remove me from their list.

Please stop these calls..There must be something we can do..

Why does this come across my caller ID as GE Serv Com? Are they spamming anothers' phone number again? It's a robocall from a very unfriendly call center.

Got one Thursday and picked up and a dumb C^NT picked up immediately. I cussed the bltch out and she hung up.

These calls are coming to a personal home line that is on the do not call list.
They are nusance calls reportedly coming from Washington state.  I am filling out the Attorney General's report form to submit

Stop Calling you Crooks

Have called me at least 6 times.  Constant harassment about utility bills - transfer for a lower rate.  Never heard of them and don't want.  After all the calls, I now just pick up and don't answer.  After a few minutes they hang up.  No need to talk to the idiots.

I keep getting calls from this number and they never leave a message.  It's really very annoying; they call every day.  If they really want to reach me, they should leave a msg.

2/29/12 received call from 206 496 0453 picked up phone, I said nothing but got recording that said it was my last chance for credit card something, called their # back a man on recording said it was Pacific Tel. Comm. Group & the number was disconnected & not in service....they sure must work fast in disconnecting service.

Don't they qualify as "robo calls" which congress is suppose to outlaw?

This telephone number belongs to Pacific Telecom Communications Group.  They are a public utility who is in the primary business of facilitating unsolicited telemarketing.

This telephone number belongs to Pacific Telecom Communications Group, a public utility operated in part by F Antone Accuardi of Portland Oregon.  He uses a foreign "shell" company to enter into revenue sharing agreements with illicit telemarketers.  This is a likely violation of a number of laws, including 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.
