They called while I was coming in the front door.  I *69 because I thought it might be one of my offspring and I got some guy named TIm or Jim selling solar panels.  This phone number has the same first 8 didgits as the robocall I got yesterday from that "put a sign in your yard and get free security system."  I am guessing this is a large call center that does multiple companies and does give a BLEEP about regulations or any body's privacy.  This call center in Tacoma needs to me shut down.  Advice above is very good.
