I keep getting calls from this number from a man with an accent, and uses different names on who he is and that he is a police and need money. He also he has my social sercurity number.

I got the same thing, and he says he is an "officer" and is going to send the police to get me if I do not settle this unknown debt. H eliterlaly clogged up 4 phone lines at my work, harrassing me and my co workers, calling me a criminal, he has given 3 different phone #'s in the last week, and will not stop. He has my ss#, address at home and work, and will not stop threatening me. i am 28 weeks pregnant and he scares me so much I get so stressed out! #'s 206-508-1446, 206-632-7012, and 347-526-2313, al the person!!!

Called my cell at work 5 times in 10 minutes. Said he was a lawyer, but the name he gave me "Isaac Benson" isn't registered in the Washington Bar Association's website. He had my SSN, too. He refused to give me his address so I could send him a "Fair Debt Collection Practices Act" notification to stop calling and communicate by mail and a demand for proof of debt.

As far as I'm concerned this caller is a fraud and is to be ignored.

Person said he is John Obrien and speaks with an Indian accent. Threatens my job and that he wants my manager and HR information to speak with my company and get mew fired. THose are all illegal practices by debt collectors and would create hefty fines. that is how i know it is fraudulent. Plus no address is given to correspond through mail or know where he or the company operates. He is a lawyer without a firm or law office or his firm isnt listed and his name isntt either.

I get the same calls from different numbers and different people male and female. This is a scam and I just tell them to kiss my A**. Then I end the call with FBI AGENT THOMAS DID YOU GET THE TRACE ON THE CALLER. AFTER THAT I USUALLY DON'T GET AS MANY CALLS.

Funny, I just recieved the same phone call at my employer, he had given me his name as Steven Johnson, but doesnt have a supervisor or fax number to fax me any documents of this supposed loan. He lied to my manager and was caught....glad I found this information out....

Same call recieved from 2065081446 and caller id showed 9163950000 this is a scam. People are harrassing and mean and use profanity when they speak with you!  Tell them you are recording their calls and have a caller trace on your phone due to their harrassing calls and will use that and give it to the police to trace.

A person named Charlie Brown called to say he was going to have me arrested if I did not settle the amount of 425.00 out of court and it would be 3296.00 if I went to court.  What do I need to do to report this.  I am worried he has my social security number.

The company behind all these Middle Eastern or India people are cash advance a man name Steven Johnson out of California and the number that is listed for him is 866-927-9508 address 327 W 4th St. Hutchinson, KS 67504-0550. But they are not based in Kansas they are here in California and they hire these idiot people to call and try to scare you but scare them back hell call Immigration on their [***] and the man behind it all Steve Johnson his office is in Escondido California. Tell everyone about this and all those weird numbers that call u block your number from the call blocker to get rid of them.
