Call pretending to be from law firm

Never mentions who they are, and when pressed for an answer they hang up. They pretend to be representing a law firm. That in and of itself is what it is, PRETEND! They are Scammers, Hang Up!

somebody called me from this number and I recently got my number changed and now they have contacted someone that I know. However, I don't know how they got their phone number because I never use this person as a reference for anything. have you received anymore calls from this number???

Just received a phone call from this number. they are pretending like they have contacted the police department in my town for presentation of a letter. when I pressed them for information about their company name they "wish me luck" because I will not work with them and hang up. Tried and tried to get the business name.

Same thing happened to me

I received a call from a man saying his name was Travis Sullivan regarding a "pending complaint against you at the District Attorney's Office."  He claimed to be working on behalf of his client, Wells Fargo.  I called Wells Fargo, as well as the District Attorney's office, and they said it was most likely a scam.

I got a call from this number today. They were very threatening. Didn't state who they were. Just stated they were representing a financial institute.They claimed to be detectives and that I had a payday loan out from 2008 from a payday loan company I never even heard of (BMG). They said I can take care of my debt over the phone with them and I wouldn't have it on my criminal background. They said I had 2 hours to get them the money or they were going have me detained and they hung up. I called them back after two hours and told them I needed proof that I owe this debt before I gave them this money. They said they didn't have to provide me with any proof and the lady got really angry and started talking over me and shouting at me through the phone, said she wishes me luck and hung up.

This fool called me and left a message.  He wanted me to deliver a message to a neighbor.  WHat an Idiot.

This so called travis called my grandparents house and left a rude message about bad checks when i DONT EVEN do checks. This is a scam not even sure how they got the number.
