they keep calling at 2 and 3 in the morning and hanging up.  when I call back number is disconnected

received a call from this number, I did not answer, but immediately called it back and received a busy signal. i'm tired of these bizarre calls at 9pm

This, apparently, was me. I called one of my best friends in Seattle, from Japan, over Skype, a program that lets you make phone calls from your computer. This number was what came up on her caller ID.

i answered and it was an international call. probably explains why they come at really late or early hours.

I called my husband from our Skype Out Number which is a (425) area code, however my husband received the incoming call from (206)701-9832. So I guess, this is a Skype omnibus type telephone number.

We have Lingo VOiP and have Comcast Internet.  (206) 701-9832 comes up often from home to my cell (Verizon).

I answered and it was an commercial call said from Sprint.

call around 11 pm rang didn't answer no message called back and is busy since  tried several times

This was a call to me from Cap One (?) wanting to send me information otherwise my benefits would expire.  I told the guy he was involved in a scam....he kept reading from his script.  What the hell.
