Received calls from this number several times/days always with pause then hang ups called back and received 'number not in service' report. Can you help?

Same as Mr. Fosters notes, calls, silent, few seconds go by hangs up.

Sames as above but I didn't try calling back

That number has called me three Times in a row no messages...

Same thing happened to me.
I have received 5 Calls this morning.  I call back and the number is not in service

I have received several calls from this number while I could not anwer. There is no message but the line is left open while the machine answers so I hear voices in the background. It sounds like a call center.

A few moments ago I answered. I said, "Hello," then after several minutes a man, young, of African descent says, "Ahhhh are you there?"

It was clearly not business so I hung up. No idea what he wanted. He has not called back yet.

I received a call on my cell phone, but I don't accept any calls from any phone # I don't know.

i call back but number not in service

Several calls to my cell in under an hour, I do not answer any calls from unknown numbers. No message is left. I have not tried to return the call(s)
