Called me today

They riped my off and now i will try to get my moeny back from credit card co

I called about order from 5/4/10 charged my credit card
but send me nothing!!!!! been e-mailing every 2 weeks still
nothing ..........Canada Pham.. is a rip off !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Send back nothing and took my money thought!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I asked for their employee ID, telephone # and said I'd call them back. They told me my computer was downloading viruses and they could help.

They said they were Microsoft and that my computer had viruses from third parties using my computer....load of crap!

They called today, said my anti-virus was corrupted and they have to protect their genuine customers. I asked who they are, they said they are CRP of Microsoft tech located in Washinton. They tried to access my machine and I googled this number, found the messages above, then disconnected them.

Ottawa, Canada - Received a call at Sat. 5:15PM ET from someone claiming to be with Microsoft customer care. Sight East Indian accent. Claimed that they were getting reports of problems (infections) from my PC. I asked how I could prove that they were from Microsoft. They gave me a name ("Alex Wilson"), a MS id ("MS/T2956"), and 206-792-9545 as the Microsoft customer care number. They said I should call back and for the employee by name, and would be put through.  I asked whether 206-792-9545 was listed somewhere on the MS website. They said yes. After I hung up, I Googled the phone number and got this site (but no links on Microsoft website).

Identified themselves as tech from Microsoft  - Re: corrupt computer
Asked my spouse to go and turn on computer and they would "walk" us through the fix(es) required. Sounded fishy right from the start - we challenged the guy and asked for his name and phone number which led us to this!  Do not support this nonsense!  This is a "Phishing" exercise to access your information!

I recieved a simmilar call and like others thought that this was really weird a guy named Jess Dawson with an Indain accent, said that our computer was infected and that others from another country were trying to hack my computer and gave me an ID number and the 206-792-9545 phone
We called the police and filed a report THEN called them back and told them they were frauds and what we had done

Recieved a call on a Saturday night at 10 pm claiming my computer had repeated hack attempts.  Advised me to press windows key and "R" and type in a code. I of course declined and asked for a number I could call in, and gave me this one.

I called Microsoft and was told they do not call a private residence in any situation. These guys are gutsy AND stupid...

Called and stole god knows what info from my computer. They pretend to be from Microsoft.
