The same results here. Called quite early in the morning and left no message.

called at 938 on mlk day a fed holiday. do not answer unsolicited calls. period.

Called. Ask for me by name and then hung up on me.

Called at 8:05 AM Saturday.  No message.

Just received a cal from this number. I didn't answer it and they did not leave a message. I guess it wasn't too important.

Must be another telemarketer calling. I don't know anyone in Seattle, WA. They seem to be calling from all over the United States. I don't know they and no message left, what a surprise - NOT. Not interested.

Just received this call.  Really on a Sunday?  The phone companies need to be held accountable for issuing revolving numbers or the capability for robo calls and scammers.  Please, all who read this.  For each person that contacts their state consumer complaint department or state Attorney General's office, there's about 100 people that aren't aware of the National DNCR or their state DNCR.  Also, my local newspaper and news stations also do little clips on this issue.  Keep up the pressure.  It's nice to post 1800 note but everyone needs to contact the legal avenues. Laws do get changed.

Another call that I don't recognize the number. Do not call lists mean nothing. I get about 10-12 a day.

I have tried to call back caller I.D. Numbers for these phones.
You can not call back to numbers like these, you get a message "Out of service"!

It is to bad our laws do not dis-allow calling from "Out off service" phone numbers!

Verizon has put blocks on some previous phone numbers like this....... It was a frustrating experience to make this happen! After Verizon put blocks I began to get calls from Verizon..... No one on line. I had their number added to the blocked call for my number.
If phone companies were forced to devulge location of "Out of service" numbers, old retired folks like me could travel and maybe really put them out of service!!!!

I wish AT&T would let customers block more than ten numbers!

Called me at 8:30 AM EST -- 5:30 PST!!.  Female, addressed me by name and "thanked" me for "helping Indian children".  That's when I hung up.

A cease and desist order (C&D) is written to prohibit a person or company from continuing a particular course of action. A cease and desist may be written by a judge or judicial agency, an attorney, or by an INDIVIDUAL.  

ask them for their name and address so you can send a CEASE AND DESIST LETTER.

You can use this for all unwanted calls.
