Also got  a text message same day from this number:

BECU Alert: Your CARD has been DEACTIVATED. Please contact us at 206 849-2258

Just a few hours from an obvious spam.  I did not call back. Unless something else happened. My cell number is in the "do not call registry" (just renewed last month).

I also received the same call yesterday afternoon. I called BECU and was told it was a phishing text. I am pretty upset phishing has made it to cell phones.

I got the same message a few minutes ago.  I don't even know what BECU is.  I'm on the do not call list too.  How do we report this?

I received this text a few hours ago. I don't have a Boeing Employees Credit Union card so I ignored it.  I don't know how to report it.

Got the same text msg on my company cell (no way BECU could have known it).  Called BECU at the # on my card and it is a definitely a phishing scam.

I got a text from 206-849-2258 telling me my BECU card has been cancelled.
I don't have any accounts with them but unfortunately tried to report it to BECU by clicking on the number above.  In doing so, I see I may have been a victim of phishing.  I've been having many more strange, 3 digit phone calls since then.
