He gave me a confirmation number and said said to call this number and the money would be wired to me.

Supposedly the government owes me $7000 DLLs.

Said I am to receive $7000 in government money. The caller sounded like he is from India. A demographic survey was done unknownly, and I was selected. They have my name and phone number. I was given a call back number to speak to the manager and complete the final steps of the process.
I was asked my name, confirmation of my phone number, single or married, and what will I do with the money. I was told this is debt-free "a gift from the government". I don't know if I am calling the manager back. Sort of sounding real and fake.

This is a 7k scam. They ask you to buy a reloadable cash card to put the $ on then tell you you have to put $200 on it. (So they can take it) Both sounded like eastern European to me.  Don't fall for it.
