The Voice mail told me i am being  sued by  the IRS and to call this number. I didn't call it. Has anyone called it and able to report on it?

Same here, sounds like a scam.  The IRS doesn't work that way.  They send you a letter in the mail.

I received same phone call saying  IRS suing me ..blah blah.. Yes, sure!!!
IRS never leaves messages on the phone...not even emails. They always send a letter by mail. This is a scam!!!

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

I got this call claiming I was being sued by the IRS and this telephone number was left.  It said it was a "final notice".  I pulled CID and the calling number was from "72-959-6554".  Google search on the 206 number is listed for Global Crossing Local Services based out of Seattle. Whaat?  I know calls requiring a *72 before the number they tell you to call are a scam but haven't figured this one out yet.

I received a call from 726-592-6594 telling me to call the number you listed. It said the same thing that they are from the internal revenue service IRS and I am being sued. I have already heard on the news that this scam was going around.

Received a call like this today.  Yes sounds like a scam... It was a robocall.  Having many dealings with the IRS, they work by mail, not by phone.  I disregarded it.  

we got the same message this afternoon on our phone....of COURSE we are going to call, and give them ALL of our PERSONAL INFOMATION......NOT!!!!!  when will these calls ever end???

IRS Scam...  go to TIGTA.gov and report it.

I got a call today. I will ignore it or maybe call the Attorney General

Just got a VM from this number, saying I'm being sued by the IRS and to call 206-866-5660 to get the details on this 'claim' I called and it just rang & rang, not even a VM or any kind of message.

Had this robocall clown call today from (206) 866-5660 threatening me with a law suit by the IRS. This was on our local news about four months warning that this is a fraud.

I got a VM from these morons yesterday. TUrned in a scam complaint on the FTC website with as much detail as I could provide. Wish I could have talked with them. I'd have given them all kinds of fake numbers to mess with.

Received a call today from this number. I called back and someone answered from HMI (I think that's what he said) so I hung up. I know the real IRS only deals with letters so I figured it was a scam but wanted to try it.

I called the number and a foreign-sounding speaker advised me to have sex with my mother (in less polite terms).

I assumed it was just another BS call, but yes I got the automated message that we were being sued (although have never had issues with the IRS). Yes I called, but it just rang and rang and rang...... If someone would've answered they would've gotten an ear full. The actual number that showed up on my caller ID with this message was 413-688-5527, which when I called that was a fast busy signal. I have filed complaints with the attorney general office in Indiana regarding numerous numbers of this sort and they are NEVER able to track them down.

These calls are coming from India and Pakistan. Nothing we can do about this since its foreign country's really. On these, you report to the real IRS though.

yup we did too. IRS lawsuit. if the IRS wants to contact you, they will mail you
