On 4\30\'12 at approx 5:45 Anita received a call from206-866-5679.  She (Michelle)wanted me to verify
my name.  I was then told out of 1700 people in MN. I was picked because I pay my bills on time.  Then she asked if I ever filed Bankruptcy to which I replied "no".  
 I was told $7000.00 was coming to me but before they could send (?) it I had to call them back and give them a code #AW3313. Michelle said she would call me back -( don't know when).
I tried calling them and ALWAYS got a busy signal.
I am having this sent from my Mother's address as my computer is down at the moment.

IRS does not call with Bainbridge I caller ID.

The caller hang up when I picked up the receiver. This is the voice messaged she left " IRS is filing a law suit against you. To get more information call 2068665679. I did not call back because I suspected it was a scam. I do not owe IRS anything.

I got a call, supposedly from the IRS, claiming that a lawsuit would soon be filed against me. I was told to call this number for further information.

I also received the message IRS is bringing a lawsuit against me to please call back.

I also received message about IRS lawsuit.  Called back and denied them the info they were asking for.  When I questioned them, they told me a warrant would be issued and hung up.

I received a call about an IRS lawsuit. I called back because it was obviously a scam and I was trying to figure out what their angle was. A man with a foreign accent became very verbally aggressive with me. Who are these jerks?!?! How do I report this number?

Msg left pre-recorded robotic saying that IRS wanted to file a lawsuit against me. I don't owe anything to them and file my taxes regularly and rarely have to pay anything.  I called back the number and woman who answered could barely speak english and barely pronounce Internal Revenue Service. I told her to stop calling and take me off their list and she said OK. IRS would not say that.

Same as all the others about IRS & a lawsuit! They've called a couple times and left a message so far today. Delete!

Called several times over last few days claiming to be IRS filling a lawsuit. Total scam.

Recorded message left about filing a lawsuit against me and to call back immediately.  Did not call back.

Go on the real IRS website. Look into reporting the scam and report them. Make sure that you put that 206 number into the claim.

I have also been "threatened" by a supposed IRS lawsuit. It is definitely a scam. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION ABOUT YOURSELF. Better yet, just delete the message and ignore them. Then when you get a chance, go on the Real IRS WEBSITE AND REPORT this scam. Be sure to include that 206 number in the complaint.

I got a call form 206-866-5679 claiming to be the IRS and saying that there was a lawsuit against me for taxes done incorrectly. There was a specific dollar amount given and it could be taken care of today if I paid the amount which had back taxes interest and other fees. All people had very thick accents and American names with the last name Watkins or Welkins (if I understood correctly) they had badge numbers. This is obviously a scan because the IRS does not answer the phone and the first time and they always make sure to mail you a letter if there is issue with your taxes I have someone do my taxes. These scammers are just after money. BE Careful.

Received robocall claiming to be IRS from 206-866-5679 same as everyone else here.  I did not call back. I checked this website and then filed a complaint with the IRS. www.tigta.gov is where complaints can be filed.

I got the same nonsense today (September 29)

Same as everyone else, threatened lawsuit, didn't call back.  I notice the recorded message said Internal Revenue Services - plural - instead of Service.

I've received 2 calls from this number and got at recorded message by a American woman, about the IRS filing a lawsuit on 9/28/15 and 9/29/15.  I also got a call from the same recorded message with the number 360-967-4331 today (9/29/15)
