This number keeps calling me and won't leave a message

This number keeps calling leaves no message and when I call back no answer.

they called left no message. But I answered today. Sounded like they were outside in the wind and i couldn't really understand them. They said something about the US government. I figured if the US wanted to talk to me...they'd find somebody that was from this country and spoke better ENGLISH.  I hung up

just got a call from this same number, man could not speak english very plainly, sd he was with the us government federal (something) sd he was going to send me 10,200.00 just for not having a criminal record....omg r u freaking kidding me...he just wanted my information to scam me...yes I had some choice words for him & hung up

keep getting the same call with no one there. call back-zilch.

I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize.  I didn't speak with anyone and they didn't leave a message on voice mail .  I decided to reverse look up the number and found this website.  

They call me every hour or so and when I answer nothing, nada, they hang up and I call them back and get a busy tone. Annoying. I recently applied for a payday loan online I think that's where they're getting the number.

WA, USA and no response. I don't know how these random people get our phone numbers. I'm getting kind of tired of it. Anyone who calls telling you that you've won some sort of money just to ask you for personal info like your social security number or credit card number DO NOT give that away.

I just got two calls from them.  Total scam.  Sometimes if I'm bored I listen to their script and then tell them to go to H E L L.

we received a call several times today from this number, when i finally answered it he couldn't hardly speak english, his name was Victor Smith, basically the same spew as above and that they wanted my credit card number so they could deposit my 10,000 lol.....Scam Scam Scam

I just received a call from this number and answered it.  It was a female with broken English letting me know that they were the US Government and that I was selected to receive a US Grant Money with no repayments of $10,200.  I was just curious on where this conversation was going so I let her continue.  She said that she was from the Verification Dept. and needed to verify some information for their records.  They had my correct name and address.  They asked me for my age but I wouldn't give it to them.  I told her how do I know that this is not a scam.  Too many scams out there.  She assured me that this was not a scam.  I, of course, didn't buy that.  I asked and how will I received this money?  In the mail?  She said No, after getting some information, I would have to go to the nearest Western Union to have the money wired to me.  I then said to her, No, if you were the government, they you would send me the check.  Then I just hung up.  SCAM

      This number just called me and he said the US government wants to give me $10,000. He needed my account information,  my ATM card information or my SSN in order to send me the money.
      I strongly believe he is calling with MagicJack from India because of the way he has been talking ( his accent). I am like, Nigerians are smarter than this! You need to leave India and go Nigeria for training.

Amazing that they are still out there making calls...but whats more amazing is you'll actually find people that believe their spill and will get swindled out of their money.  That is what truly amazes me.  Here's where someone could make a boat load of money...if AT&T or Sprint or whomever is a carrier offered their services whereby you wouldn't receive any phone calls like this "ever" then I would say that customers would flock to them...well, okay that's a stretch but I would bet that it would be a good selling point for any of these carriers to offer a service that runs all of your phone calls through a known database of offenders and if they've ever had a complaint then that phone call would be "deleted"..."blocked", whatever you want to call it...but would accomplish the same thing...no unsolicited phone calls!!!

i keep getting calls from this number so I answered today.  There was no one there but then I heard a phone ringing. Some woman answered who spoke very accented English, said she was from the "United States Department of Washington DC" really??? I told her I knew it was a scam and not to call back or I would report them. She hung up.

They hang up when I answer.  Only once I had somebody and could not understand.them, I guess they said you have a house for sale?.

I just got the same call.  While on the phone I quickly googled the number and found that it was associated with a scam.  $10,200 either deposited in my account or I could go pick it up at Western Union.  Right.  When I let him know what I had done.  He quickly said, "he didn't have anything to do with the money, and gave me a number to call his supervisor  202-580-8568.  I also googled this number and it come up as a cellphone place dba as Verizon LLC distributor.
