2nd call today, previous got call on MEMORIAL DAY by guy with Indian accent, why would anyone be working on Memorial Day, what morons..

Same as above. Different number from New York called last week.  Will block this one too.

A recording comes on and the person says that they are from the IRS and that I am being sued. They give a call back number which is the same one that they called me from 206-900-9173. This is a spam call.

Have received 3 calls from 206-900 9173. A recording saying they are I.R.S. and that I am being sued.

I'm being sued too by the IRS...TOTAL SCAM

Two calls today from 206-900-9173 from irs saying I was going to be sued if I did not call this # back immediately.  Obviously a spam call.  it was a recording not a live person.  There was a prefix on my caller ID of 011 to the # I was to call back.

Scam call -  Left VM that IRS is going to sue me.   WA number this time, was NY last week.

Freaking joke - IRS Scam - why can't we stop these loons?

Aided by being overseas and spoofed numbers.

IRS suit scam. Called back twice. First time asked for supervisor; Response was hang-up.
Second time ask for name of office director and address, so I could report to law enforcement for fraud; Response was hang-up.

I got 2 calls to my cell phone stating that I need to call back. When I called back a person which Indian accent picked up the phone. Not sure what todo with this call. How can I stop them calling me

Same here! Total scam. Numbers 315-215-1576 and 206-900-9173. Reported both numbers to the IRS scam website (there's a link on IRS.GOV) and the Treasury Inspector General For Tax Administration (there's a link on treasury.gov for IRS Impersonation). You can also go to the national do not call registry to have your number removed from lists that these a$$holes use to get your number.

I received a call and a voice mail this morning from this number claiming that the IRS is going to sue me.  It's fraud, but I'm wondering how to report this?

Interesting.  The first call was from a human male with an Indian accent.  Today I got a machine call stating the IRS is filing a law suit against me and to call them back at the same number.  I wonder is they a switching to a voice box to speak the script is due to nobody believing phone calls from "The IRS" with the speaker has an Indian accent
