It's the IRS telling me a lawsuit is being filed and I need to call them immediately.

Auto dialed by this scammer saying the irs is filing a lawsuit. Except the irs doesn't use text to voice dialers to announce lawsuits. Don't fall for it!

It's a scam.

I was startled... Called back and a man with an Indian Accent answered and it was OBVIOUS it was a call center!! WTH??? SCAMMERS!!!!

This phone number has called my landline for the past several months, multiple times a week, stating it is the IRS.  I thought the calls would stop when the recording left a message that stated," Do not bother to call back because it is now in the hands of the courts".   Well, I was wrong!  They keep calling. I checked the phone number and it is located in Washington D.C.  One would think that someone out there could trace this number to a building and stop this annoying harassment.

Recording says they are IRS and they are filing a lawsuit against me.  IRS wouldn't contact you by that method, don't be fooled.
