got a call from this number. He said he saw my add on craigs list and would help me out ???

Just got a call.  No voicemail.

I received a call from this number. The people monitor Craig's list for items mainly vehicle. They call and try to get the seller to pay them a fee to help sell the item. We had a motorcycle posted and they wanted $90.00 to help us tell it.

Called after I posted motorcycle on craigslist. didn't leave a message

Called, no message.  I also have a motorcycle listed on craigslist.  It was probably a solicitor.

Got a call from this number, no message, I also have a vehicle listed on Craigslist

Bozo phone spammer wanting to "help" me sell a vehicle I had listed on CraigsList.   He 'only' wanted $495 for his services.  

Hmmm.....how about - NO!

What a rip off.  

This is NOT a legitimate business - this is a SCAM.  If you give these guys any money, the only thing they will do for you is help you lose it.  

They do promise to help the buyer find financing and to help you advertise your vehicle all over hell and high water.  What they don't tell you is that they DO NOT provide this financing, and that once they get your money - they are GONE.

Don't waste your breath talking to these crack-wads - it's hardly worth the time just to pick up the phone and hang up on them.  Almost like an element of futility.  Getting them to GO AWAY and STAY AWAY is almost a full time job.

Called several times the past few weeks - motorcycle on Craigs.  I called back - answering machine with British (?) accent.  Everytime I answer a call from this number the person either hangs up right away or remains silent.

I've been called several times the last two weeks by this number. A voicemail was left once. It was a man who said he can help me sell my motorcycle that i put up on craigslist. I would assume the calls would probably stop after a month or so once your craigslist ad expires. It's a Washington area code by the way

The usual scam is to tell you he has a buyer but you'll have to pay him an advance-fee for buyer contact. If you Western Union him money, you'll never hear from him again.

Just got a call from "Brett" this afternoon.  Wanted me to call 866-678-6505.  I too posted a motorcycle on Craigslist a few days ago.  Did not call them back.

Have rec'd several calls from this #, never a voice on the other end (Maybe they're hoping for a female?).  I have a vehicle listed on Craigslist.

I received the same phone call about 5 minutes ago from "Brett", and he left a voicemail telling me to call the same number.  A pretty obvious scam.

I've had a truck on Craigslist for 20 days....but i got a call from this number (209-965-8165) less than 24 hours after listing the truck in AutoTrader. Same as most others...phone rings, I answer and they hang up.

I also have a motorcycle listed on Craigslist and when i answer the phone from (206-965-8165) they hang up

SCAM calls from One Stop Motors - trying to sell their $495 ad package.

They skim phone numbers off of craig'slist and then cold call those people trying to RIP 'EM OFF!!

Just scum.
