Called, did not leave message

Keeps calling w/o leaving mssg.!!!

Has called multiple times and left no msg--just background noise.  Answered once and asked for my wife--would not leave a message.

Received a call from this number supposedly on part of the Jaycees in Everett, WA.  The caller gave the usual "Thanks for all the help you've given in the past year for the kids, seniors, etc. and can we count on you again?".  (The laundry list of groups we've supposedly helped and ways we've helped was way to all-encompassing and yet too vague to be real.)  When I politely declined, the caller (male with northern mid-west or Canadian accent) became argumentative and demanded, "Why not?" and "I'm only asking for $20 dollars".  When I said b/c it's my money and I don't feel it's something we want to do at this time he said, "Well, you should!" and "The kids and seniors don't take it for granted."  I suggested that when asking for money he shouldn't be argumentative, but he continued with more of the same and then sort of thanked me and hung up.  Definitely not a professional telemarketer.
