"Card Services" department of Bank of America. They are either collecting or trying to sell more services.

Called me back at my request to validate my phone number during credit card application process.

Called to resolve an issue.  Left voice mail message at my work number.  I've never given out this number and I'm not sure how they got it.  It's not listed to me.

Called Sunday 11:50 am, left no message.  I had applied for a new card.

Consolidated my credit cards with Bank of America online, so they called to validate my online request.

Called and asked my to faz my SSN and copy of drivers license.

They called and didn't say anything.

This number called my cell phone to check on a balance transfer request that I had made and then called them to cancel the online request and do the request via the phone. I called the 800 number on the bank of my Bank Of America Credit Card to confirm that it was Bank Of America who called, they looked up my account and they confirmed that Bank Of America did call to confirm if I wanted a request done, and if I wanted one request done or two for the same dollar amount.

CALLED AND IDENTIFIED THEMSELVES AS "CARD SERVICES" AND TO CALL BACK A AMANDA SPRINGER @1-866-638-0577 EXT 82403. BUT THE PROBLEM WAS A REQUESTED WRONG FIRST NAME BUT OUR LAST NAME. THEY HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET A RESPONSE SINCE JANUARY. HUMMMM..?

This was a call to verify information regarding a credit card application that I had submitted.  The caller was very professional and courteous and just asked some questions about my application before final approval of my new account.  Sensitive financial information was not exchanged (such as SS# or birthday).

Got a call from 207-338-7799, but they left no message. I don't answer calls that I don't know the numbers. Would have liked to hear what they had to say.

Called and asked for one of my employees. When I told them I would take a message, she identified the company as Card Services and gave me a toll-free number (didn't write it down) and that he could speak to anyone when he called back. From the other users' comments, I can't think this message is too important.

collectors had been calling my home phone for a woman that apparently used to have the same number and well i messed up by leaving my cell number on the voice mail and now bank of america called me this morning at 8:30 for a miss joann. i have told them numorous times i am not and her and dont know her and stop calling my phone but still to this day i get calls for her.
