Yes, I'm getting lots of calls from this number too.  Now that I see others are getting it I'll try and block it.

I did not answer these calls.  Received two calls from this number September 26,2014.  I know nobody in this area code.  No business dealings with anyone or company from ME, USA.  No message left, though both calls went to VM.

I'm in the same boat, this number has been calling all week, going to VM and not leaving a message... I finally answered it yesterday out of frustration, got some Indian guy asking if he's speaking to Jackie Fisher, I said "yes and don't ever call me again!", he then mumbled something and hung up... I didn't receive a call from them today, not sure if that's a good thing or bad thing. Maybe my name and number are now plastered all over fake documents in ME, USA.

I actually listened to the man to find out what they want.  It is some medical compensation thing.  He told me I had a recent surgery for my transvaginal mesh replacement?!?!?!  Hahahaha. The only surgery ive had was c-sections. . Sorry not knterested. I nicely asked to be taken off the list and he mumbled something and hung up.   I didn't get one for a few weeks afterwards, but now they are starting again.  I don't get it!  Most time its a man, but a few times I got a woman.

now 7 calls in past from this number in past 3 1/2 hours.  this is getting old quickly.

Calls all the time in afternoon. I do not answer. My Do Not Call has been absolutely useless!

Just received a called and talked to a Chinese guy, who said I won a grant of $9,000 he said If I don't believe him he would give me a number to call and a website "grant.com" I checked it immediately and nothing!! then asked him "Is this a joke? you can barely speak English!". He replied with F#$% you, I'm going to F#$% you and lick your P*$$&. I laughed and he hung up! lol.

I finally answered after several calls with no message left. The man had a terribly thick accent and told me he was calling from Washington DC... My phone said it was a Maine area code. He had to repeat himself several times and I kept saying that i didn't understand as he was trying to tell me about this $9000 grant I was receiving. It made no sense. I was supposed to pick this money up from a CVS, Walgreens or 7/11?? This has got to be a scam. I told him this doesn't sound right, I'm not interested and he immediately just hung up on me. Surely there is something illegal going on.

This number calls constantly. When I answer, I tell them to take me off the list.  They claim to be from a US govt grant office but none of them are native English speakers.  Today I asked for a supervisor and he argued with me about not calling me back.

Keep calling but leaving no message.

I got a call two calls today and I tried to call it back and it is disconnected.

They have called me 10x's today trying to offer a loan when they asked for my routing number I asked what the company was and they hung up five minutes got a call from a 277-282-5141 and also 294-914-5186 and then 773-888-0590 last call I answered and asked who it was the idiot said Haven then hung up.. tried calling the numbers back and all I get is this number doesn't exist.

I have recieved this call twice this week I did some research now I'm reporting it thank you I didn't answer the call.

I literally just got a call from these [***]. I reported them to Do Not Call, as I always do. What tears my hide is they are calling my cell phone. One time, they called while I was driving and I was expecting someone important to call that day, so I answered while driving and could not understand anything that was being said, Next time, I plan on putting the phone up to my radio speaker. See how they like it. Do Not Call is useless.
These people are criminals!
