Recording to lower interest on my credit card.  Got same message earlier in the day from 208-831-4682, listened to entire message and pressed the key to opt out and not receive further calls.  Got the same recorded message from this number in the late afternoon, pressed the key to speak to someone.  I explained that I kept getting these calls and wanted them to stop.  The person on the other end shouted, "Who cares?  Who cares?" and hung up on me.
