    irritating rewards redemption certificate call

    I received a call from this number which I missed. I called it back and it said that it was for a rewards rebate. He then proceeded to ask me for my name, year of birth, and address. When I asked him why he needed that info and how I got on the list to receive the $100.00 rebate he disconnected the call. Seems very fishy to me.

    Missed call at my Google voice number - LOL, good luck trying to get me to answer that.  So whoever it is, they are making up numbers, or trolling for numbers, to call with a scam.

    Missed a call from this number. No VM. Tried calling it from a different phone and it said (repeatedly) : "This number has been disconnected or is no longer in service" ?!?! Whatever- goes to the block phone #s list.
