No message. Return call says "not in service".

Constantly calling

Just got a call from this number on my cell phone. I called back and just like Jim got the "This number is not in service" message.

watch out this number calling west coast at 7:30am is not a legitimate business... probably new irs scam that is on the news. my husband received call from area code 206 which is area code that came from big national irs scam. callers threatening irs audit and court which would never happen. don't call back. hang up.... they used scam exchange # not real phone line and then change their scam # once found out........

Received a call on my cell phone from this number.  When I answered, the caller hung up.  When I dialed the number back, i got a message saying this number is not in service.

We received a call from this phone number around 8PM.   Caller ID  said Joe Lessard.  But we did not answer.

I just sign up for some rewards on ebay and as soon as I accepted I got the call. When I answered NOTHING

Got the call at 11:00 am. I didn't know the number and I looked it up. It's not even a real phone number. There was no records of it ANYWHERE. Numbers like that, DO NOT ANSWER.

Received a call from this number at 10 a.m. PST.  Google search hit from merchant circle.com says this number is for Paula's Crafts & Beanies in Cornville, Maine 04976.  I didn't bother to call it back, especially after reading these other comments.  My husband's mobile also received a previous call from this 207 area code, so it's likely the same thing. =(  Grrr...

So ... You actually have no idea who it is and yet you're going to tell us it's an IRS scam because your hubby got a call from someone from a different area code? You are nuttier than a fruitcake.

I called the number back and got a recording that it was Not In Service. Very sneaky of them to do a workout so they you cannot find out who they are.

You should probably pay attention this game is not from the IRS but someone pretending to be from the IRS you kind of sound nuttier than a fruitcake

Called my mobile . no message.

Pretty sure this is a pay pal dial out number recently signed up and had wrong bank info, according to several people it was lost signing up for eBay. So it makes sense it's a pay pal number trying to correct an issue
