- Ms. InformationFrom BRAD FULLER - ostensibly :" seeking Assistance" and "wanting to ask a Question"
Call him 1-888 675-4485- Caller: Associates
- GeorgeThis number is Bryant, Hodge & Associates, a debt collector. Someone named Dara left a message on my answering machine that it was very important that I contact her at 888-675-4485. So I called, spoke to a very nice gentleman. I did not give out my name or telephone number and told him that someone named Dara called and left a message on my answering machine. He asked me if I was Tabitha Hunt, I am not Tabitha Hunt and I have had my telephone number for 26 years. I don't even know a Tabitha Hunt and he said that he would remove my telephone number. I assume they have caller ID because I never gave him my name or number. Perhaps this company should do a little more research before they dial phone numbers!

- Jenni| 1 replyA recorded message from BRAD FULLER at Bryant, Hodge & Associates, a debt collector. It said my name in a garbled voice and asked me to press 1. I was then instructed to call him 1-888 675-4485 and reference some ridiculous number that I could not memorize (over a billion) and didn't have a chance to write down. I hung up before the female voice finished reciting it. I don't owe any debt. If someone with my same name owes this joker a debt, and it's this high, good luck.

- Lauren in NCReceived a recorded message from Brad Fuller from Bryant Hodge & Assoc., asking me to call regarding a "personal business matter." I returned the call after 5pm and left a message in "Tim Smith's" voicemail. The next morning I called back several more times to try to get to the bottom of this - no live operators and keep getting put into "Tim Smith's Voicemail....This phone number is also linked to a toll free # 888-675-4485 - this is the number they asked me to call them back on. Guess what, both numbers you are transferred into Tim's voicemail. I'm thinking SCAM

- GOT THE SAME CALL replies to JenniI got the same call this afternoon and guess what ??, my referance # started out 5billion, 100trillion and something, after the reference number was recited again I figured it was a scam, cause all my debts are up to date and I am not behind on anything. So beware of this caller
- GOT THE SAME CALLThis number is a scam cause I have gotten calls from this number but they would only speak in Spanish, and the same number called about me signing up for college, and now a debt collector, what will they think of next. So beware of this number cause it is used for several different types of scams!!!!

- Reveremike| 1 replyRecieved a phone call from this number, Bryant, hodges and associates. Told me I had a loan from Citi Financial from 1988. I've never had dealings with citi financial and it's way past the S.O.L.
They wanted my debit card number to clear up the debt.
I told them that I had called Citi Financial, which I did, they had no record of me from any year. I had to call 4 different depts. to find that out.
When I told them that I needed validation of debt before I " gave " money to a person or company that I have never heard of, he then told me that they have nothing in writing in regards to this loan other then them purchasing it.
It is now on my credit report. I now have to dispute this item and hope that the credit beureus do their job. If Bryant, Hodges and Associates has no validation, it should be removed.
Be careful, this company is very shrwed and can be very rude on the phone as soon as you ask for validation. They were very happy and pleasant and eager up until I asked for validation of the debt.
Wish me luck!- Caller: Bryant, Hodges and Associates

- WDGOh, looky... Yet another bottom-feeding collection scammer, trying to sound oh so official.
Recorded message claiming to be from Brad Fuller with "Bryant Hodge & Associates, a professional debt collection and asset recovery corporation." The computer generated name it said it was for was completely garbled.
Don't give them any information. They only buy un-collectable accounts that are way out of statute of limitations, and have likely already been through half-a-dozen other collection scammers. They can't do diddly with them unless you foolishly do something to restart the clock. Tell them to eff-off and hang up, or better yet, don't talk to them at all.- Caller: Bryant Hodge & Associates

- Ron KI have receive this call more than once, This is obviously a phone "Phishing" scam. Says "this message is for: $5 billion, one million, 400 thousand... This is Brad Fuller... about a debt or personal financial matter" and then at the end after telling me to call them on the 800#, it says "your reference # is" but then just cuts off without a number.
They seem to be finding some old financial reference to something (almost anything) that links with your name or number so that they can try to get you to call them. If they do talk to you, they are trying to get more personal information, which they will most likely use maliciously in some way. Beware, they are getting more prevalent and even targeting smart phones with text messages.
If you get a call from anyone professing to be a collection agent or the likes, just tell them to send you the information in writing and you will respond when you receive it. They should already have your mailing address, if it is anything legit. Don't give it or any other information to them . Just say send me the information and then hang up.. - Xx| 1 replyAccording the BBB this company does not exsist (Brian Hodges and Associates) Or any variation of the spelling
- Xx replies to XxSorry, My bad There is one reference to Bryant Hodges & Assoc @ 20 State St Suite 100
Bangor, ME 04401 But according to google earh this building is a church - DBI just got "a call" from this number... I say "a call" because the called both home lines and my personel cell number all at the same time. I couldn't answer all three, but the one I could answer was a hangup. How does one keep these calls from even coming in?
- McDade TxMessage left on machine - recording from the noted Brad Fuller. It starts out "This message is for , if this is not the intended party....." No name was spoken! Some fishing expedition he's on when he does not even have a name for the phone number he's dialing. Scammer for sure!

- Teresa replies to ReveremikeDebt collectors have 5 days to send written validation of debt. These guys "bought" or "looked up" old past due debts whose statute of limitations had ran out. There is no SOL on how long these guys can call. You CAN tell them to stop calling and only contact you by mail. They have old or limited information, this is why they call every Molly Simpson listed if they are looking for someone named Molly Simpson. If you make a payment,SOL is re-instated.If there is a judgement, they can garnish wages. There ARE a lot of scammers out there...NEVER give bank info over the phone! Or your SS#!!!
