called my cell phone - easy to block. I have national clients and they have my cellphone. If it s legit, they leave a message. If not, I look it up here and take appropriate action. Sacks of scum...

Called a few minutes ago on 1/27/15 at 10:25 am.  I am DNC list.  I answered and nobody there. [***] Inc.

Just called my cellphone, did not leave a message

Irritating sales call; i terminated it after only a few of their words. Don't know what good the DNC list is, or what good ATT's land line call block is - neither's effective for harrassing calls like this.

Received a call from this number today (1/27/215) @ 2:30pm  on the dot. As with all numbers I don't recognize, I did not answer. I figure if it's important or more to the point, legitimate - they will leave a message. No message was left. Out of curiosity, I look the number up and it turns out to be spam/scam = trash. I AM on the DNC list. Honestly, what good is the DNC list if these calls still come through?

Just got a call from 207-613-9708  Scam

My cell phone has a feature that blocks all calls NOT in my contact list. If it is a legit caller they  can leave a message. The SCUM bags don't leave a message. We need to stop this type of calls.

Was a robo call for a pain medication. Called back in hopes that it would have a remove number from call list but it comes back as a non working phone number.

Keep getting calls while at work from 207 and 804 area codes. Try to cal back and says number is no good. Irritating.

You need to go to the FCC web site and file a complaint against the scammer.  Any legit company would pull up the list and NOT call you.  Scammers do not follow the law that requires them to verify that your number is not on the DNC.  Afterall, scammers already intend to break the law.  I have personally filled out the form several times and then the calls stopped, for awhile.  The FCC is not going to do anything until enough people complain.  Good Luck.

I am not one to put a lot of faith in messages. Especially considering the number of messages people have received from these fake IRS agents.

it does absolutely no good to file a complaint as the number has been stolen, it isn't a working number and therefore DOES NOT belong to anyone.....so WHO is the government going to go after....yep, NO ONE

I don't give my cell number to just anyone so I'm pissed that these scum bags call my number.  I am on the DNC list as well so I shouldn't be getting these calls!  I report EVERY spam call. Hopefully, the FCC will do something about this.  So damn annoying!!

The problem is that many of these scams are based in countries that are not willing to cooperate with our agencies. Top that with the fact that these same nations do have laws against such scams.
Consider an app that will block calls and texts.
