man claimed to be returning a call from my number that was never made.  said he was selling something that i had never heard of.  said he would continue calling until he reached the person that called their number.  i told him no one called and not to call again.  he refuses to quit.

I have also been harassed by this guy. He says we inquired about his product, which he would not identify.  He called back 4 times.  I threatened to turn his number over to the Attorney General of our state.

I've gotten 3 calls this weekend from this number, first two times the call was disconnected, the third time I just finished talking with the gentleman on the phone, selling dual action cleanse and said he was responding to an email I sent from my Gmail account.  I don't have a Gmail account!!! I told him that I was not interested in this product now did I ever send an email of that kind, and asked him politely not to call back.

We are experiencing the SAME annoying/harassment issue. This guy claims someone called them from our (non-published) number about dual action cleanser and I told them we are not interested and not to call anymore. Since then, this guy has called several times a day and refuses to stop--calls continued over the last week. I plan to pursue with a complaint to the attorney general's office.

the only way this company would get your phone number is to have called in during the television or radio broadcast, or had filled in the form on their website http://www.dualactioncleansenow.com. That is the ONLY WAY they have your number.

The product YOU inquired about is Klee Irwin's Dual Action Cleanse.  You or somebody using your phone had called in after watching their TV program about cleansing and detoxifying the colon.  A representative was simply calling you back from their promotions department offering you a discount on their all natural colon cleanser.

Well that's because you were stupid enough to give us your number or somebody using your phone gave us your number or you emailed us or something. You invited us to run our scam on you, and now you're mad because we're doing what you asked us to do? Are you another clown who's gonna go to the attorney general or something? Moron!  ou can cry all the way to the poorhouse because we will NOT stop calling you until we can steal some money from you.

If that doesn't work for you, disconnect your godddam phone sucker.

I also have received a call from this number, I just never heard of the product and guy was saying someone called him from my number???? and why dont you buy it when I am offering it at half price.I was taking lunch with my infant and i said this is not a good time to talk but he wanted to go on..so I had to hung up by saying thanks (but  no Thanks) !! No one called - you are lying to get around the do not call laws.  Its still a lie and a violation of do not call laws!

ITS A BOGUS PRODUCT -WITH Excessive charges and almost impossible to cancel. They lock you into a negative option contract, that they conveniently neglect to tell you about.  YOU ARE ALL OVER THE COMPLAINT BOARDS FOR THIS SCAM!

BI received a call from 207-618-1938 Broadvoice Inc, was listed on my caller ID.  Did not answered.  I'm on the do not call list.

Some [***] keeps calling and leaving a message about following up on a product that inquired about. I am 17 years old and i would never call to get my colon cleaned.

number called my wifes phone id showed "Broadvoice INC" it was also noted as an ip-based number so caller had to be on a computer. WE do NOT call comercial scams and never would order from television or radio and this is a cell phone number so even more laws come into effect if these spamming idiots want to keep up with the stupid pranks. if you want to go further we can always get the FTC on your scamming junk claims of a "great" product. if i wanted a colon cleanse i would go take a S**T!

I received four calls from this number. It was about the instyler rotating curling iron. I wanted this product, so I stupidly gave the guy my credit card #!!!!! Someone help. What did I do??? Are they going to charge or even drain my account??? Oh god :( I WANTED THE PRODUCT, AND HAD CALLED FOR IT SO I DIDNT THINK ANYTHNG WAS FISHY ABOUT IT UNTIL MY CARD WASNT CHARGED STILL (Its been 2 days almost)

I called last week reference a product I saw on TV and told them I did not want it and they are still calling me.  Lady today said it takes 72 hrs for number to drop out of system this was last Saturday or Sunday and then she told me because I called to say stop calling it will be back in the system and I am on the do not call list that is stupid.

I called the 800 number after seeing a commercial for the InStyler and decided not to purchase it. I only gave my name and telephone number. Now this 207 number has been calling me every day. Twice today. The first time I answered this call, a man answered and said he was from the InStyler and wanted to give me $60 off. I declined. He called back quite a few times. I just answered it again. He said he was from the InStyler. I told him strait out I was not interested. He said "Really? Not even 15 bucks?" I said no and he said something else, "wow I guess you really...." I couldn't make out the last bit. It sounded extremly unprofessional this time but I think it was the same voice. I told him to stop calling me, but I'm not sure he heard me because he hung up. I thought this was a little strange because 207 is a Maine number and I am from Maine, and would expect this company to call me from the 800 number instead. I went to look up the number, no listings in the yellowpages.com and then googled it and found this page. Why has no one been able to stop this guy?

I have refused to take the call.  Within the past few weeks I have received over 100 calls.  Last one came in at 8:50 pm today.  I have called the number from my office to request my number be removed - several weeks later, nothing.  I am submitting my phone bill with a formal complaint with the FCC Enforcement Bureau.  The calls in VM do not identify a company name.

You talk a lot of bs i bet you wouldn't say anything to anyone's face. If someone says to stop calling then do it!! What part of that do you not understand???? Get a real job anyway and stop harassing people, geez!!!!!~~~~
