I continually get calls from this number reporting to be from Harvard Medical School that wants me to participate in a study about Mens Health. They say they selected my number at random. I've never called them back, but they continue to call. What's so special about me that they need to keep calling? That's why I think it's a scam.

Same as Kurt reported. Several calls a week asking to participate in health study. Have received calls for the last 3 weeks.

Got a call claiming they were a duke university medical research study on health and brain tumors. Identified themselves as Kreider Research. the say they will mail information. I suppose, then I'll find out more.
but like above, possible scam, possible identity thieft.

This phone number is a line for one of the calling stations at Kreider Research. We are a legitimate business that is hired by various medical institutions to find participants for important health studies. We call randomly selected phone numbers to reach a random sample of the population (so we do not bias the study). We can provide contacts at these institutions to confirm that we are conducting legitimate medical research studies for them. Please call us at (888) 522-7427 so that we can explain about the study your number has been randomly selected for.

In other words you are Professional privacy Invaders collecting confidential HEALTH information. Shame on you!

You don't know how your paying customers will use the information you steal from unsuspecting respondents, and neither do your victims.

The phone is a vector for scams. You are in a dying business. So just DIE NOW. Go away and stop pestering people for information that is NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS.

In the meantime get used to the abuse, it's only going to get worse. Every day more people are resenting this invasion of their privacy as they well should.

You can not be legitimate if you are claiming to be "from Yale". You sent mail to my house and you called because we did not call you. You are harassing people!!!! We are on the do not call list and you will be reported to the authorities for this law breaking occurance.

Got a call on 7-16-13 @ 5:25pm, left no message. I had a week before heart echo and stress test, and

was told by my own cardiologist that I needed a heart catherization done.I have had previous stent

installed during a cath, and told my Dr. that as soon as I could I would get back in touch to get the

cath set up. I believe this to be a violation of ethics, if my Dr. without my permission, gave my info to an

outside company. Is this not a violation of the HIIPA Law?

Agreed. I received the same call. Also received a letter. Wondering how they got both my address and phone number since I'm on the do not call list and my phone number doesn't appear in caller ID...something stinks.

This is absolutely a legitimate business EXEMPT from the Do Not Call List because they are doing calls for Medical Research. It will do no good to report them to anyone because what they are doing is allowed under the law. Maybe instead of freaking out and acting like they are somehow CRIMINALS you could look into the law and discover the Truth about businesses trying to obtain participants in medical studies!
