i got two calls back to back from this number and a text in between that said PLEASE CALL and of course I didnt answer since i didnt know who the hell it was, then on the second call they left a message of about a minute of silence, freaked me out.

Yeah, it's Helio Membercare, but I also have trouble hearing them when they call, like they're using some really crappy VoiP software.

These dumb callers' are using a [***] voIP because we're DDoS'ng them... They should be happy their computers are still working and they still have real lifes... They need to realize the internet never forgets...

Got same number on my cellphone - ignored it as it wasn't in recognized list.  More of these probes occurring frequently.  That's why my cellph is on cb4 moshi moshi..
