It is a sales call trying to get you use their service for a website.  Don't know the company name, it got cut off in the message it left on my voicemail.

I receive 1-2 calls per day from this organization and a variety of relay numbers that they use. several times I have followed the prompts to talk to people and told them to remove my number from their list, but the calls keep coming. I once asked "Samir" to take my number off the list, he replied "No" and hung up. I just talked to "Jennifer" who said "No problem" when I told her to remove my number.
I have been getting these calls for the better part of 2 years, and it is damn near impossible to get them to stop. I have reported to the FCC as well as the state AG's office numerous times. Problem is, I can't get anyone to identify the company in order to get it fully reported.

208-451-2802 is just another 'phone thug' whose fun time will soon be coming to an end.  ;-)

I answered this call, as it appeared to be from a local number for my area. It was a recorded message from "John", "my" business consultant with Yahoo, Bing, and Google. He stated he had been trying to reach the business owner with an urgent message. I disconnected the call at that point.

I got a call from 208-451-2802 a couple of days ago.

Of course I know it's a scam, but stayed on the line anyway.  I spoke to a guy who I can tell you has the tiniest brain and appendage - believe me I know the type - who lied about being a legitimate business.

Only a scammer would use a 'local' number to get me to pick up.

Don't be fooled, callers from 208-451-2802 are the lowest of the low.

I recently received my second call from the criminals at (208)-451-2802 . . . this time I decided to engage them in a conversation.

When I told the gentleman on the other end that I knew he was a crook, he got quite agitated and abusive and told me to *%$# off.  Nice.

Clearly, not a person anyone should be doing business with.

I almost answered this call because it has a local area code, unlike most solicitors. However, I have everyone I know or care to talk to, programmed in my phone so when it wasn't associated with a name, I didn't answer it. This was only the 3rd time in the last 2 weeks this number has called. After reading these responses, it makes me want to answer it to screw with them right back!

Call came in yesterday afternoon.  Picked up as local number, but it's an illegal robo-call scammer!  Something about our GOOGLE+ business listing having problems.  We are NOT a business and have been on the DO NOT CALL list for years!  Stayed on line to hear options to opt out and as soon as hit the number, all went silent: immediate hang-up by machine.

If you have an iPhone it's easy to block the phone number. Simply click on the "i" next to the number (the same thing you'd click on to create a new contact from the number) and scroll to the bottom. You should see an option to block the caller.

Android users should be able to block as well, although I don't know how.

I've received a few calls from them recently (to my cell phone) with an automated greeting that says that my local Google+ listing for my business hasn't been claimed and that I qualify for a free website and search results boost or some such.  I ignored it a few times, but finally decided to dial in to tell them they're harassing my cell.  A guy named "Tim" apologized and said he'd remove the number (and then hung up on me, so not sure what to think there).  I then marked the number as 'spam' in my phone and set it to auto-block the call from now on.

Just received another call from this number - 2 in three days.  I never answer numbers that don't show a caller id or which aren't a number known to me.  they never leave a message but they don't stop calling.  the No Call List is a joke.

I got the same thing.  They said it had something to do with my Google account.  It was an automated call, so I hung up.

I wonder if we contacted someone from Google and told them, they might do something about it?

This company is an elderly person's worst nightmare. These solicitors are rude, will get very aggressive with you, hang up on you when they don't like what you have to say. They call my business numerous times every single day. Every call I get, I keep track of. The list is obnoxiously long. If there is no response when I answer, I call the number back. It shoots me to what sounds like a staff break room where you never get a nice greeting. They won't tell you what company they work for. Ive had one flat out call me a liar because I told him he was wrong and our acct actually IS verified already. I've had several hang up on me before I can fully get the words take me off your list out of my mouth. Since they call you from different numbers around the country all the time, it's impossible to block all their numbers.

The reason for me finally writing a review about these calls-- is i literally just had a guy argue with me. All I did was ask him to take me off his list. He starts flipping out on me! "So you don't want any business then. You want it to be impossible for your customers to search for you? You should just close." His tone and wording PISSED. ME. OFF. I asked him several times to remove me from the list and he wasn't going to have that. I said "listen to me- stop calling us" and he hung up before I could get even those words back. I tried to call the number back and I was hung up on as soon as the call connected.

Absolutely rediculous.

I get cslls from these numbers all the time, usually I just don't answer because I have learned through my caller id when the number comes up on the screen twice it's a telemarketer ! I am going to start answering with this " Attorney Generals Office"
