A thick Indian accent told me that someone was sending out junk or scam emails to an email address (that doesnt exist) of a family member. He told me the company he worked for but I could not understand a word. Said that they were calling from los angeles. Promptly hung up when I said that email is not used. lol

Yes I received a call from  this guy with a thick accent and I asked him who he was and where he was calling from, he said "netbooks" he knew my name.  I said what do you want?  He said have you noticed you have been having trouble with your internet?  we noticed someone trying to hack into your account we can stop them if you allow us access into your computer. I immediately hung up.

Came up on my TrueCaller App as an "Elaine Blakely." Didn't pick it up, mostly because my phone didn't go off, I just looked over and my screen was on telling me I had missed a call... And of course, as what I do with any unknown number, I googled it..

Number came up as Elaine Blakely, relative or spouse of Mark Eugene Blakely (age 66) of Idaho, in Boise withihn Osborn City, Shoshone County. PO Box 564..
Please stop bothering people.. I can post more if you want. I can get down to the hospital ya'll was born in and the crimes you were charged for down to a parking ticket..

BTW, I found all this on a site corresponding with found criminal records.. So yeah, don't pick it up.. It's most likely scam.

I do not know how many calls I get from this number. I have told to stick this call up his back side where the sun does not shine. I have been totally rude and he does not understand. What a bunch of idiot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A lot of calls and hang-ups.  If you try to call the number back, you get a recording stating the number is disconnected or not working.   On one occasion, an Indian with bad English advised that they need access to the computer to fix a bug...

Yes.  I have been getting calls from this number almost everyday.  Sometimes, more than one call a day!  Should we report this to police, so that if there is any illegal activities behind this can be detected and stopped?

Add me to the list! I get this call about every 1 to 2 days. Line is always dead when I try to answer. I appreciate the information I have learned in earlier posts.

My calls started 7/11/15.  As of 7/20/15 I have been called 7 times and when i answer there is complete silence.  I called the number & the message was no longer in service or has been disconnected.  I too wish whoever it is would stop calling.  Now I just don't answer.  Live in California.

Yeah, all the same experiences as above but no one answers, sounds like it could be the mothman? is there not some way to block this caller with all the tech savy gurus out there? Come on geeks, show us why you control the universe, pretty please?

I get calls frequently from this number...I call it back and it says it's disconnected....

We get calls from this number maybe half a dozen times a day. If I answer in French, there is Nada. My wife answers in English and she gets some male with an accent so thick she can't understand them. Pain in the Keister!

I have received numerous calls from this number over the past several weeks. Finally answered it today. Man with thick Indian accent said he was Ted and was calling from some computer company I couldn't make out and told me my email account was being hacked. I asked him why his name showed up as Elaine Blakely. He told me that was his internet server name. I asked him where he was calling from. I believe he said Lompoc, California. I asked him why then he had a number that corresponded to Idaho. He said that was his internet protocol. He was arguing with me that I needed to have my computer fixed and asked me to open it up. I told him no. He asked me to tell him why. I said because I had read about this scam online (on this message board) and that I believed what I had read more than I believed him. He told me that the phone call was being recorded by his company, the FBI and some other organization. I called bullcrap on the FBI and told him to take my name and phone number off his list and hung up on him. I'm not sure, but I believe he may have committed a crime by mentioning the FBI. Anyone have any knowledge about that? Because, if so, my next call will be to the state's attorney general.

Been getting a lot of calls from this number for weeks.  Usually no one is there but on some occasions an Indian accent person tells me that they been receiving requests from my computer that it has been infected and needs help.  The funny thing is I just got rid of my PCs and replaced them with brand new Apple iMacs; there is no way my computers been sending them help messages.  Scammers!

Over past few weeks have received calls from 208-556-5550 (Blakely Elaine caller ID) twice a day and as late as 9:20 PM
and as early as 11:30 AM.  In the beginning I would answer phone and no one was there.  I have called the Do Not Call List to block this number so far the number 208-556-5550 is still calling.

I get this call all the time ,I call back the number disconnected so what you do is add the number to your contacts for android check the box send to voicemail .Your cellphone won,t ring when they call .Iphone user do the same but once added chose to block that number.This should at less stop the phone from ringing

Receiving two calls a day from this number. Blocked it on my Samsung so I don't hear ring. The couple of times I tried to call it back, got a "not in service" message. Would like them to stop.

Getting calls from these idiots 2 or 3 times a day.
As soon as my "do not call" kicks in - they are getting reported further

Received 41 calls in 8 days from this number, this has to stop.
I am a senior citizen and handicapped. Surely something can be done by my phone company
AT&T.... I need to block these calls and I am on the so called Do Not call List, but that does not stop anyone,
