Received a call in the evening. Caller ID said MARKETING. I disconnected the call.

did not answer this call. no message left

Called my cell.  No message.

Answered the call, listened to their spiel then pressed 1 to "make an appointment." When I asked that they remove my number from their records, the woman straight up hung up on me!

Received a call, did not answer. Just showed "Marketing" on caller ID.

Illegal cold sales call and therefore just a scammer - never answer, never give info, just ignore.

Telemarketer. I thought these call were illegal.

This number called me during class, I need to stop getting these calls. I am an out of state number in a completely different state. I also have no association with Idaho... this needs to stop

She's baaaack!  It's the irrepressible Diane, anxious and eager to clean your wallet -- er, carpet!  This lady really gets around, and calls folks from several different phone numbers in different area codes.  Last week, I was contacted by Diane from (661) 318-8320, and the week before it was from (626) 583-1370.  Both are California area codes.  Today's call from Diane is the first from an Idaho area codes.  This strongly suggests to me that Diane's handlers are part of an interstate fraud ring.  All they need is your credit card number, and they're off and running.  DON'T BECOME A VICTIM.  DON'T ANSWER THESE CALLS.

Got a call at 3:41pm, no message, just annoying

A call came from this number to my cell this afternoon. I did not answer. They did not leave a message.
This comes after three evenings in a row of getting "unknown" calls which I did not answer. I don't know if the calls are related.
I'm sick of unwanted calls!

Called in afternoon.  ID box said Marketing.  Left no message.  Getting sick of these type of calls.  Need to do something about it.

a call from democrat national convention, wanted me to help fight the tea party and their attempt to make the US government spend money wisely.

The caller, MARKETING ( displayed on our phone as ID. ), called us @11:23 A.M. 10/24/2014 When I returned the call twice. I hear a one sentence rapid  recorded message " xxx it takes 24 to 48 hours." then I was hug up.
According www.800notes.com above, the caller used this number  started calling  people August 12/2014 for carpeting.
I received many calls for carpet cleaning in last 4 or 5 years,
