Said that they are calling from the Prossessor Dept & they have a file against me & I need to call them back at this # 208-643-9169 or they'll serve me at home or my place if employment. Its a scam. I almost fell for something like this a few years back. They have to sent you paperwork in the mail 1st. I talked directly to the police about this. Don't fall for it!

Same working on my voice mail as the above callers. There was no business name however.  I wonder why a company in Idaho would come all the way to NJ to deliver papers for some miniscule debt?  SCAM!!

Appears they are using the same message repeatedly.   Here is their message . . .  "This message is for xxxxxx. I am contacting you from the processing division.  I received an order for you.  It looks like two charges pending.  Now, unfortunately since I am unable to reach you by phone, I will be actively pursuing you at your place of employment and your residence.  You have the right to contact the client to resolve this matter voluntarily.  Understand, when you are located, you forfeit that right. Your case number is XXXXX.  You can reach the office at 208-643-9169."    After reading other reviews, I am going to block this number.

You are probably being harassed by a debt scammer, unless you actual have some current debts you are behind on.   Here is a link with some info to get you stated.   If the calls are not legit, and you have no dept, how you proceed may depend on if you have talked to these guys or not.  If you are just being left messages, block and ignore.  Unless you have received a legal notification via US mail, the calls are NOT legal notification, and you should never pay anything based on what some stranger tells you in call.

Got numerous calls from this number and 844-261-9166. YEARS ago a family member used me as a reference which I was unaware of and as well as causing hard feelings within the family for years I have received calls which at times have been threatening. I just called Juvie Financial and they said they took my number off their calling list. Let's see if it happens.

I keep getting these messages as well on my cell and home phone. Under my maiden name I have not used since I was 18 years old and never had anything under that name don't know how they got that last name. Now it's started under my married name which I don't use alone I use it with my married name I had before I married this time 10 yrs ago, so they never use my legal name or a name I've had debt under. I wish these scammers would stop calling. It's almost not worth having a phone anymore, these scams calls won't quit, I don't give my number to anyone anymore I have a Google number I use instead.

I just received a call from this number stating that if I do not return there call by the close of business today, they will be contacting my HR Dept, for the address to serve me papers. This is the second time I received a call from this #. I don't know anyone in ID nor did business. They need to stop with the foolishness.

I get them three or more times a week on my work phone number.   A handful of different numbers.  Three different voices and messages, but all say about the same thing.  Just waiting for them to get caught.
Had the same thing happen about a year ago, and I think they were caught when the calls stopped.  Must work for them on some poor folks, because it's hot and heavy again.  Lots of posts like these.

This sounds like a scam. My voice mail received a call with this number on caller ID and just "Blackfoot ID" with no business listing or anything else. It's a recording about an unspecified matter with threats in vaguely legal-sounding language, among them to contact my HR department and saying that I forfeit my right to settle the unknown claim if I don't call back today. I say "legal" in the manner of language used when speaking about legal matters, not that what the call is about is legal.

They mention your HR department hoping to embarrass you into calling back. With any luck, they don't even know where you work since the scam debt collectors are often shooting blind. Some actually WILL harass you at work or call your workplace. If that happens, let them know you're the target of a scam and show them this website.

    FOR REAL replies to The-Truth
The-Truth, that is exactly what I did.  Now, every time one of these calls comes in for me at work my boss takes the call and harasses the caller in return!  He gets a kick out of scamming the scammers!  I use to lose sleep and practically have a nervous attack every time my phone rang because the calls got so bad.  I couldn't stop laughing at the fools that were caught doing this in Georgia a couple of months ago! The calls stopped for a while then, but now are coming in on my cell phone with no messages left.
